@niks : you have chosen practical aftermarkets. same ones as what i have in mind. i dont think you need to think a lot on the looks of the frame sliders. it can cost u from somewhere around $80 - $140 in US.

2. Radiator Fins
3. Frame Sliders
4. Wind Screen

We could talk to one dealer (Bombay/Pune/Bangalore/Delhi), negotiate and ask him to source these for all of us in one deal. what do u guys think???

Found this link pretty good for the frame sliders. (2006-2011 Yamaha FZ1 Frame Sliders)

Regarding radiator fins found the FZ-UK website more accommodative, quite sure our local dealers should be able to help us procure them.

one bolt is hollow thts on the chassis just below the place where the sliderss are put

Ride update

Rode the bike after 3 days of not touching the bike (cant help it hectic times i say )
ticking to akhils advise to run in the bike a of now just going to 100 and then slowing down slowly as he said its all about letting the engine get used to the heating. the bikes smooooth till 100 as soon as the power kicks in ( as early as 2000rpm ) it like im leaning forward and bending a bit coz the power build up is insane its like your moving your body posture forward with the bike as it accelerates ! weird feeling it is ! lol best part is when ur next to a crowd and just wing the throttle the vroommm just makes heads turn haha thts an awosum feelin i tell you !

On the mileage part i dont think im gettin anywhere close to 19 i may be gettin close to 13 or 14 maxx i guess , will be putting shell petrol next time so hope its ok and i dont exactly know if 14 is good or bad ! you guys have to tell me neways i dont care abt the mileage but have to keep a check on it since its a good indicator of the engines performance

lights are good but they are no where near the HIDS on the 220 neways i cant do anything abt that for now it all is well

Suspension can take anything its really comfy and takes all the bumbs very very well !

the problem i have is with the low ground clearance freaking indian bumbs and huge ! for this bike have had certain instance where the lower end has touched on the top of the bump (sad feeling i tell u ) ! are u guys
niks & moto ) facing the same too ??????

The GC is low but if you take it slow enough , it doesn't hit it.

I had scraped both the monoshock part and exhausts. Now I take it nice and slow over big bumps
