Update:- Got Fuel Filter clamp with great difficulty
Sri : Incase you come across another clamp during your searches/purchases for parts, request you to buy one for me.
This clamp-kolaveri is really killing me.
@ Sriram, Sorry that I couldn't reply to your msg as I saw it off late as my Mobile was thrashed in the Munnar trip that I had last week. The Liqui Moly Stuff was given away to my other guy who wanted it badly for his RD restoration that I had to give it to. Sorry again, Will get hold of a can in a week or two hopefully, if I do the first can without telling will be shipped across to you. Also good to see that you've sourced the Fuel filter clamp..
P.S. Finally got hold of a Tank for the next build i was talking about for Rs.900/- Also sourced a Gladi Disc Set-up on Markets for 4K Including everything...

Did some search similar 2T bike in Yamaha with Indian RX100 and came across UK Model RXS100 share the same piston size 50mm. Does anyone have information on the compatibility? Side by side, enquiring about the piston make (ART) and availability with my friend abroad.

Sriram, here's the Pic of RXS 100 Piston with Dimensions. If someone could post dimensions of Rx 100 Piston, we can end the compatibility issue here...

Engine wise and transmission wise both bikes are similar. RXS100 has a tacho, toe gear shifter, exposed chain and a energy induction and few other cosmetic difference. The body parts in Indian rx100 were manufactured by escorts, later on they started making engine and transmission as well.
RXS is 115cc , RXS piston when fixed on the RX100 set up , since the piston is high it will hit the plug , the bore need to lifted by fixing aluminium gasket.s etc...

I would not experiment with RXS piston as the reason being it is 54mm bore whereas RX100 (Indian) is just 50mm. Correct me if I'm wrong.
In UK, RXS 100 was released in 1983 and I believe it was in production till 1985 which had the engine spec of Stroke X bore 50mmX50mm and the piston displacement was 98cc. It came with 5 speed gear box. I'm still searching for RXS100 complete spec in the web.
Below is the forum where members discussing the RXS100 vs RX115.
Here is a link to the tech specs of RXS-100. Bore*Stroke=50*50 with piston clearance @0.030-0.035mm. This is the same as RX-100, just that there is a tolerance of upto 0.038mm for piston clearance.
