Re: Universal: Riding Bags/Luggage Thread
Hi All,
I am looking for a saddle bag for my ktm D390. I am confused between Rynox nomad v2.1 and Dirtsack speed bag (saddle bag). Am more inclined towards rynox nomad because of its large capacity, looks and build quality ( am not saying dirtsack is not good quality, they are good as well).
However, I read in couple of forum that rynox nomad is little big for D390 and its not easy to mount on the bike, also heard that many have take it to ladhak on the duke. And when coming to dirtsack speed bag, they are specifically made for Duke.
Also nomad is bit on the expensive side.Anybody in here have any experience with them please help me.
Thanks
Peeths

You really should consider the Viaterra Claw too...

Re: Universal: Riding Bags/Luggage Thread
Thanks mate. I had this in my mind. However this will rule out the pillion. It not that I will go for a trip with Pillion on duke, but its good to have an option of pillion always.Originally posted by ALI.R View PostYou really should consider the Viaterra Claw too...
Also I would prefer to have a tail bag and saddle bag separately, in case am absolutely sure that no pillion will be there.

It does. And only recommended if capacity is your preference over pillion.Rides : Yamaha Gladiator RS ( 2009 - Present )

Re: [UT]: Biking backpacks and Luggage Accessories.
Mate, if you are looking for good stuff you need to pay around 3k. Dirtsack would be a good option. I am yet to try rynox nomad which i am looking forward to. Probably I will order them by next week. How much is your budget.Originally posted by anarchy911 View PostCheap and good saddle bags for duke? I looked for some options online like rynox, all are costing near about 3k.

Re: [UT]: Biking backpacks and Luggage Accessories.
Better option would be to look into Via terra velox, they are tailor made to fit the Dukes and provide good capacity too. From what i remember they are not too costly either.Originally posted by anarchy911 View PostCheap and good saddle bags for duke?
