Jokes apart, u can write a letter to HH, and they will take action 4 sure. I did the same when I had some issues with the SVC and screwed them nicely with just a mail

Its just handle tight issue, still there are lots to come. And writing mail is not new to me After all my Uni's entire engine (apart from base) was replaced in warranty due to sharp mails and moron service guys

I had actually checked few stores where they said I will have to buy a minimum of 200 rods So dropped the idea earlier.

New ride was good upto first service, yesterday after first service they ve screwed up by tightening the fork badly. Unable to turn the handle itself.

I had tried long back in Mysore when they said I ve to buy a min of 200 rods. In Bangalore never tried out bro. You can read my earlier posts, I too am in search of them.

Want a new HID kit of 4300K. Don't want to use the old one as its 6000K.

You can get all acrylic sheets rods in SP road. Just enter SP Road keep going straight . After all the computer shops etc . Keep looking at the right . There is a big shop will all pipes and sheets kept out side . Thats the shop. Tell the guy you want the stuff for your clg project and tell him that your a student . Or he will charge you a bomb. They have a warehouse just behind the shop . He will give you left over stuff at decent prices. Check it out .

Update

Update: Got my stator coil rewinding done and fixed it to bike. everything is working fine. just didn't got BCU on sunday, so will purchase this week and fix it on sunday.

one thing only 60 turns were possible on each pole with 19 gauge wire, more than that was not possible. working fine. checked the voltage output of coil.

one question APE RR unit output wire will be connected to battery positive terminal but where to connect the black ground wire of APE RR. shall i connect it to battery negative terminal or ground it on bike's frame. earlier i was grounding it on bike's frame.

AFAIK it shouldn't matter whether u connect to ground or battery -ve.

It matters dear, Should get a good grounding where ever u connect, it should be clean as well as the batt -ve wire to the chassis too.

better to connect it to battery neg terminal.all the convertion done by me till now is like that and a ground is already done by oem wire by default.
