Great job! BTW, I have pictures of 4 projectors on R15 (each headlamp accommodates 2 projectors).

            thanks.

            this one?

this was done by digislayer. very well done too.

i tried using 4 skoda projectors intially...
personally, i didn't quite like what it looked like compared to the bigger projector setup.
plus, in terms of power consumption... it would really asking for trouble.

so stuck with the the twin projector setup.
i have tried HIDs and was very happy with the output.
            simply put... daylight at 2am.

As we already have this thread, not creating a new one for my query

This is the fourth time my headlight cowl has cracked (could be because of potholes or vibration in the fairing)
And i'm sick of it now. This was the 3rd headlight cowl in the last 2 years and 2nd in the last 6 months.

Now i want to know, What other option do it have. I don't want to change the look drastically.
Are the last gen Unicorns headlight cowl sturdier then this?

Note:- There are practicaly no potholes on the road i ride.
Definitely the new gen cowl is rattle free and sturdier. You will have to change the clamps and cowl. You can retain the same reflector unit.

The bike is registered in MP. Which state does this bike belong to? The set-up was ditto same and the color of that bike too was BLUE.

Yep, the bike supports 2 HIDs! So I am happy! About 3000k HID, have you seen them personally? Are they just like halo, or are they like those fog lights?

Abhi, 3K is like halogen output only, see the chart for a comparison with other light sources.

But this is more realistic in colour than the first:

                              • Even I was all gaga over HIDs till few days back.
Few long tours during nights I realized, even stock halogen illuminates the road ahead if mine is the only vehicle on road.
But as soon as glare comes from traffic, I become blind.

Recently, a friend of mine put HID on his R15 which was very impressive.
But, when oncoming glare is strong, even HID did not help to see through.

Anybody knows how to tackle this situation?
I have put my HID plans on hold for this reason.

It often takes a humiliating overtake to understand that an early jump off the red light won't help them lead the pact. All I want to say is - Go after green.
