Dude, first of all Welcome to X-BHP!!
see, using a 55w bulb in place of 35w is almost the same where the brightness will be the same as 35w, as the coil in ur bike cant generate enough current to power up a 55w one. Secondly, i'm wondering how did a 55w bulb eat ur battery as ur bulb is running on AC and only pass will work in DC in RTR's. If that's right, did u use pass continuously or did u convert ur bikes electricals to DC??? U cannot use avengers coil plates as it fits only in pulsars and not RTR's!!!(correct me in this if i'm wrong) Why dont u save up some money and go for HID's??

I assume that you are installing avenger coil on a Pulsar, that is GND, and will be connected to GND socket, located just next to the coil assembly. Its on right hand side of the coil, where the sprocket is.

ya it is not GND. There is another wire for that and it fits properly. The one I have shown in the pics is actually the neutral indicator wire..

If thats the case why don't you cut and tap to the bikes wiring?

Hi rahul, I tried to remove the blue-white wire from the harness and inserted the green wire in its place. But bike did not start. Can you gemme a bit more explanation, if possible a diagram, as I have no experience with the electricals.

Unfortunately, I don't have acess to my bike, so can't verify. But can you clearify which all coloured wires are there in the bikes harness and which are missing?

Edit: If I'm not wrong, the green wire is insidr the harness and in the avenger coil it's seperate, then why don't you slightly cut the green after the harness and tap the avenger's seperate wire to it? Or the green wire is missing altogather?

                            • the green wire is not missed altogether. What you are telling is that remove the green wire from the harness in the bike and cut the one from avenger and manually connect outside the harness, please correct me
