From the news reports it seems like some 15-16 people have been injured, majority of them being cops! Very few civilians have been injured. Also seems like a splendour was used as the delivery vehicle! Totally destroyed is what TOI is saying! Hope everyone is safe!

Hello everyone,

I am new to this site and Bangalore also.
Please tell me the good service center near BTM/Silk Board where i can get my bike serviced.Already sad and frustrated because of the quality of service bajaj's service center provide .
This time i have decided to get my bike serviced in front of my eyes.

There are primarily 2 tried and tested routes.
1. Bangalore- Chottoor- Chennai
2. Bangalore - krishnagiri- vellore- Chennai

Ride times are almost the same. Sane riding would take you in about 7 hours irrespective of the bike. Road widening in progress on the second route. Quite a few diversions.

Bangalore - krishnagiri- vellore- Chennai will be a good route, but after vellore to krishnagiri you can expect some very worse road conditions and too many diversions.

JC Road is the best place, just be smart in bargaining for rates, you can get some very good stickering there.

there are many of them and they are really good, any ways go inside the road near Kamat Minerva there you will get a lot of them. Specifically i don't remember the names.
