I know RIDERS here are more busy, very less are frequent on this thread and more frequent on another(hope people get about which i am referring, no worries though) and are preparing hard for ISG2G'13.
But in amidst of that why are we awayfrom having xBhp 10th anniversary ride.
We just need reasons to ride and its a very good reason.

I still remember when i used to attend the Kolkata chapter anniversary rides and Mumbai chapter anniversary rides.
even though with other commitments, riders used to eat each others head, bug each other and somehow used to assemble for this.
Also we used to meet and have discussions and used to listen experiences of people riding back from long trips like North East ride or Leh ride and SS & BB attempt rides.
But none of this takes place here in bangalore thread.

Hope you all also think for it and lets have xBhp 10th Anniversary ride in Bangalore .

Lets align it with XBHP ISG2G pre ride.

100% agree with @Divya Sharan let's have the ISG2G Pre-Ride and xBHP 10th Anniversary Ride as one..!

Thats great. I was avoiding 28th, so that people dont get messed up or annoyed in clubbing up these events together.
Ok so lets finalise and materialize things.

Things that need to be taken concern of:
1) Place where we will ride and meet up.
2) and the event that need to be included.

Where is the ISG2G pre-ride been organized.
or can we have below options:
1) MileStone67 on Mysore road - this would be good as it will suffice the ISG2G pre-ride requirement also and a short ride to celebrate anniversary ride. It has good parking space and good options for food also(:P offcourse after a good ride everyone is hungry). It has ample space where we can meet up and discuss everything regarding ISG2G and Anniversary celebration too.
And moreover good parking space.

2) Mcd Shoolgiri - Hosur Road. - this can be also considered as a good destination and have all features as explained for Milestone67 above. Enough parking, good food and ample space and moreover not very far to organize both rides together.

Programs for the event:
1) Introductory session of all riders in short very short.
2) Anniversary celebration with cake cutting(have to plan up how many tentative members are coming and then how to order and bring to the place)
3) Guidelines and discussion for ISG2G-2013


Do update soon and show your response so that soon we can update event thread and details.
Also people who want to volunteer will be more welcomed.

Belur Cross Hotel Mayura - yes this is very good option.
