    (even though its not oil cooled )

          Guys my bike's RPM is fluctuating, I mean that it keeps on roaming between 1K..1.1K....1.2K...1K..... so on....

          Any suggestions What's wrong??

          Am not in so hurry as headlight setting can only be done effectively in dark. Am waiting for your pictures. Anyways, thanks for your cell no.,.

            Even I have got to re adjust this headlight on my bike... I was thinkin of waitin till 2nd service But himanshumm Bhai can help i guess ..

            Also, I was thinkin of removing SARI guard from by bike.. Has anybody removed it .. I wanna se how does it look...

                  Am not in so hurry as headlight setting can only be done effectively in dark. Am waiting for your pictures. Anyways, thanks for your cell no.,.

                  Ok Guys follow these steps
                  1) Get the bike on main stand
                  2) Turn the staring (handle) to your left (ensure sufficient light falls to your right or use torch or even mobile light will do


                  3) As above pic says.. look for a small Screw under the bushes of wire (Thats my GF finger pointing screw, who was helping me during this session)..


                  u may need to plug Screw driver (normal one) from beneath so that it reaches well to the screw, now adjust it clok wise or anti clock wise for required projection. (just like we tight or loosen the screws normally)

                  Let me know guys if its works for you.. (hope all is well)

                      Yesssssss!! finally got the Damn screw. Great job done by Himanshu and his 'GF
                      Will have to arrange a screw driver which fits there for the purpose.

                        Problem from last few hundred KM's:
                        "Bike is taking Hiccup's, they are not noticable by a new rider but i can notice them. + Fluctuating RPM."

                        Please give reply as i donot want to visit SC again if the problem is not big.

                            Is pulsar 180 UG4 magneto is same as the pulsar 200?
                            Because i want to convert my pulsar 200 in to DC. I have been told that UG4's rectifier and magneto will do the job.

                            Please help me

                            And another thing. Will this modification requires the UG4's wiring harness also?

                              Yes, as per my information they are the same one. No, wiring harness will not need change.
