how is the performance of new 2010 p150ug4.5?? power is increased to 15ps if am not wrong...bigger carb!!!!!
what average can we expect from this mini beast?
anyone took a test ride?wat about engine refinement?
any comparison with p180 will be appreciated!!

    thanks....
Not got a chance yet to Test ride it. But, I have plans for it soon. For average expected, Under normal riding conditiond, one can still expect 55kmpl min.
And still it's way behind 180 interms of high speed stability, But, one might not feel alot difference in the power of 2 bikes in city. On highway the difference can be easily felt.

150's can not show you the urge like their bigger 180CC siblings, specially PULSARS, as both 150 and 180 are having good gap in performmance.
Power has gone up by a little in the new 150, but there's nothing to write about the bump in the performance over the previous one.

it can happily give you 50-55kmpl.

      • Hi friends I am new here,
I first looked for P220 now came to P180 as milage was too low!
1.Now I going to purchase a P180 UG4 what are the things I have to look when booking and purchasing i.e. what are the checks that I need to perform?
2.Will there be any starting issues as there is no kick starter?
3.What would be the milage while riding moderately and while hard ripping?
4.Where is the best place to fix a helmet lock in P180?
5.Do any one own a Misty Grey Silver P180,Pictures needed please!
        Nothing is Impossible.......anyway.......:)

        • Guyz,i have decided not to give my bike at bajaj SC,they screwed big time.Last service was done at CBZ and i was extremely happy the way they have done their work and their behaviour and responsiveness and dont mind paying extra 100 bucks for that,so from the next time i'll continue with them.i want to know whether this will void the warranty of the bike which is 2 years(i think it will) but in 2 years baja sc itself would screw the bike so that i keep on getting back and back to them.

yup, there's no such thing but i'd any day prefer riding on a cloudy day with cool breeze with temp just above 25~

The SC guys donot even check if all the services are done or not while claiming warranty, atleast in my area, the y just see the odo meter reading. I myself have experienced that while my bike was leaking heavily they didnot even checked the 4 free services are done or not, just saw the odo and told that bike is under warranty.
So, this might not create problem.

Dude .. If you were seriously looking for 220 then go for 220.. not less.. If maintained and ridden sanely FE wont differ more than say 5 -6 kmpl.
But P220 is better thn P180 in many ways.. Its one hell of a ride.. Depends on the distance u gonna travel per day...

1.Now I going to purchase a P180 UG4 what are the things I have to look when booking and purchasing i.e. what are the checks that I need to perform?
This has been already discussd couple of time here.. jus go back few post U will find all points mentioned like
A)All indicators working B)Engine Oil level c)totl Km done before delivery C)MRF tyres...

2.Will there be any starting issues as there is no kick starter?
I jus came back from a week trip and started my bike .. Bikes started with first crank..there wont be nay problem unless the battery is maintained properly.
3.What would be the mileage while riding moderately and while hard ripping?
Depends on riding style this cud be somewher between 35-45 kmpl. 45+ is always a plus..
4.Where is the best place to fix a helmet lock in P180?
I have fixed it on leg guard
5.Do any one own a Misty Grey Silver P180,Pictures needed please!
