      • Today went to Khedi Ghat(Narmada river bank) again with a friend as pillion on my bike.

        Distance from Indore: 65kms(one side)
        Fuel filled: 200Rs

        Here goes my small Log:
Today, my college was off and one of my dear friend called me at 7:00AM to ask if i had any plans for Khedi Ghat. As you all know that, I am all time free person told him to be ready at 8:00 AM today morning. I rapidly did all my morning activities as I didnot wanted to come back like a fried chicken in this heat. Left my home at 7:50AM and filled 200rs of petrol. Picked up my friend from his home nearly 2kms away from mine. And straightaway picked up the track.

        1st break:

        My friend:

        Myself:

Starting slowly untill the end of city at 30-40-32..kmph. The enthusiasm of riding on the highway got pumped-up as we reached the highway, infact a butter piece. And alongwith that the speed got tangentially increasing from 30,... to 60-70-85kmph. Nothing special just normal riding with frequent brakes due to city-by traffic.

We had our 1st stop at 27kms, a Dhaba from city. I had AALU-BADA followed by POHA JALEBI by mine friend. Then, after refreshing ourselves continued our journey and soon we encountered a JAAM at one of the GHAT's.
        Pictures between JAAM:

        Some Poses by my bike:

But, no worry for a biker still for draining out ourselves we stopped. And alongwith that clicked some pictures. Continuing from here, we encountered a Qualis guy, the moment i overtook him, he started playing RACING game with us. No worries here too, I accepted his stupid challenge and made him eat the smoke of bike by ramming past him at 110kmph. And after that he never was seen in my RVM.

Reached, Khedi Ghat at 10:00AM, Parked my bike at a known shop and asked the guy to wash the 180. We went for BATH after having Sugarcane juice. Bathed for 2 hours, till 12:00PM and then came back as the heat was increasing and the pillion didnot had a helmet, which meant that he might be fried in this heat.
        Khedi Ghat:

        Posing again:

Left from there at 12:20PM, & what i feared was the same case, the pillion was complaining about Hot air blasts at only 60kmph, Then he covered his mouth with handkerchief. We were hungry now... Stopped at a DHABA again for a quick lunch; I had a DAL-RICE and pillion has had Pineapple juice. Further, continued and we had to encounter heavy heat, Thanks to my decision of wearing jacket in this heat too, that my upper body was protected from those wind blasts.
Some pictures before leaving KHEDI GHAT:

But, the pillion was cursing me for riding at 70-80kmph(Due to HOT AIR BLASTS). Any somehoW, we reached our hometown, with cruising between 65-75kmph and END of small TRIP.

        Thanks.
NOTE: The pictures are seeming very bright, I donot know why?? becuz in my PC they seems alright but on net something is kaput!!

Yes, the route was the same that you mentioned 'Bheru Ghat', Delicious Poha and Jalebi's you are right here too. And that shop is mine favourite too.

Yes, SUN was shining hard today, but, somehow We managed to do it. Kyunki I am free these days and that place refreshes me like nothing else can.

It got straight now but still i love the twists it has when it starts and the twists towards the end, great to scrape the hell outta those pegs!!!!

you must have tested the 180's top end at that brilliant straight khandwa road too after the toll....

And one more thing, from where you got the stickering done?
              those "chawani" guys??

Yes, Gotten too Straight now. Say it fortunately or unfortunately but, i did'nt test the top-end till
now, But, yes i did managed to clock 115kmph today but just for overtooking that Qualis guy for a minute.

CHOTI GWALTOLI, There are plenty shops their for stickering.

                  • can i install p220 fairing on a my p180 ug4

                    what would be the cost?
                    how reliable will it be?
how important it is to feel strong,
                    rather than just being strong.

The bridge is a Canal bridge, In the inside of which Water flows and , on the upper area vehicle passes.

Yes, you can fit the 220 fairing with some changes in electricals of your bike. But, the reliability of the whole fitting will be concern, becuz even P220 owners complain about vibrations,... problems of fairing and that fitting is from company with so many problems, did not know what will happen to one that is fitted aftermarket??

@lockhrtt: The problem that you mentioned about main and reserve is now with my bike too. It runs in main till the fuel tank gets emptied, though i have not faced the issue of empty tank as i refill quickly.
