RS.200 card with my bike no. on it.. now i can get free nitrogen for 5weeks from any BP pump with nitrogen available ..

Bike fells too light.. Handling improved..

200Rs for 42 days, it's not a bad deal unless-untill you refill 5-6 times.

hey abhi even my bro who used my bike is reporting the same about my bike though i don hear anything.at first i din believe him.he told post 40-45km/hr speed noise has been coming

Haann! That's the way to do it. Probably check air pressure everyday to use those 200 Bucks. BTW, How did you got the card and from where?
Any extra mods done to your bike like HID and others. Am waiting for your bike pictures.

may be the noise coming from headlight assembly (?)
if you are sure that the noise coming from clip-ons than try to rotate them and see if that works

went to this petrol Station on way to college and saw this nitrogen thingy.. then asked u guys...

the guy on station guided me abt different offers available with then.. I choosed this Rs.200 one... now i got this card with my bikes number and my information..

i can show this card at any BP station and get nitrogen inflated..

one more thing refills are unlimited.. \m/


and no extra mods done bro.. just those NGK spark plugs were last thing on..

i think may be next month i'll go for HID..

Well... you are light-weight then... . I am 6'1 and I weigh about 93 KGs.

My Classic P150 started grumbling under my weight after 7 years and 66000 KMs on Odo, that is why I decided to go for UG 4 P180.

Today, my bike was at SC for some major work. There were excessive vibrations at speeds above 50kmph, especially at RPM's of 4.5K,5K,6K,..
Complained the SC and they said to do clutch setting which needed clutch tobe opened(as per them). The handle-bar noise was again not understable by the SC guys. And their head mechanic told me that
"180 ek powerful bike hai, isliye sound aur vibration bahut karegi." I gave him a 'evil smile' and was kicking myself for telling them about handle-bar vibrations. Anyways, i did'nt gave up and went to works manager, he inspected the bike and told that the noise is due to fairing.(my bike faced an accident earlier days, and there were scratch on mask which he saw and then you know he got an answer for my ques.). But, i better knew that the noise was metallic and not from a plastic part. I took the bike as i was in no mood to fight those dumb people's. Will make them notice that at next service. Also i got the engine foundation nut+bolt changed which was broken.

The handle-bar has serious noises above 4K RPM. They gave me a test ride of new 180 and that bike has no noises, some important points i noticed in new lot of 180's are:
1) New SELF(sound was like a car's self totally different from earlier UG4 that i have)
2) Soft padding for seats.
3) Improved engine thump, i could clearly notice that as my 180 was too residing aside it.
4) Some minor changes.

1.Can any one post the pictures of new pulsar 180 UG4(2010-latest-preferably;Black).
2.And also will it be reliable for 4 years(maintained well)?
3.And also what mileage can I expect with moderate ripping?
4.Is it possible to put saree guard with step as in P150?
5.Is it possible to put chain cover?

And u know wht even i am noticing some kinda Noise from the Handle or mask or fork area.. Dnt know exactly from where it is coming from... Also above 70-80 kmph there is a "kut kut kut kut" noise with small amount of rattling of the whole front wheel.. I can feel and see the random periodic vibration that the Whole mask and console goes by....

I had asked SVC to fix this Issue on my 3 rd free servicing... Bike felt fine when i took it home frm SVC but just after few Km of ride this problem has started again..

I want ask one thing about the Shock Absorbers... My Rear absorbers feel as if it has no life remaining in them... Its is neither hard nor soft and i feel the potholes directly in my spine.

Any suggestions on this guys..
