You need to pick up an NOC from your RTO in Lucknow -- though dont ask me the procedure catch some broker at the rto if your are lazy to do it yourself. You can also apply for a refund of road tax at the currently registered rto (since you will need to pay the tax again in Tamil nadu if you are registering it at Chennai)
Transport the bike to Chennai via train - preferably you also travel on the same train so you can keep an eye on loading and unloading. Keep a couple of copy of the bike docs handy.

How long do you plan to live in Chennai ? I think if its less than an year, then just the noc should do.

Again, please check with your RTO - because rules vary from state to state. Ideally you first relocate to Chennai, do your homework and then bring the bike in after a few weeks.

Just wondering though, what are ur plans about the caliper bracket, as it can't be directly welded to the swing arm, since it should be free to move along with the axle when chain is tightened or loosened for adjustment. I have not been able to come up with an easy solution for this. 😓
The only difference between our swing arms and P220 swing arns is Caliper mount stay which is 1.5Cm thick and around 10.2cm long and this job is easy, I just meed to weld a stay there or I have another plan too, to use the existing stay for drum and connect one end of caliper to it.

Thanks a ton for your valuable and immeasurable suggestion, i'll do that but would also like to tell you that the bike is registered on my mom's name... so will this also create a problem or just carrying a copy her and my documents would be fine enough.

            Thanks again...

Getting this put on my bike rather than putting hid kits as today I went to put the his there were 2 things
                  1. No warranty
                  2. They have to cut the wires.

Hence getting this put now what do you all say will there be light.
                  Please guide

True it did not make any difference.
Please give me some idea to get this kind of a light without harming my original wires plus load on battery

Use a 55W bulb from Philips or Osram, they are better abd available in H4.

I have a 55W and frankly it produces same light as 35W OEM (compared on 2x P180s side by side).

The only upgrade option which is worth considering is HID. Most of the HID kits are plug and play, you may not need to cut any wires. With relays, if you find proper connector then you won't need to connect to cut any wire at all.
And if you don't use pass switch, your HID will last longer.

Wires cut or not, with a few precautions, the system can be made more reliable than OEM. As Rahul Baba says, considering only OEM Wiring reliable is a state of mind.

i don't see anything wrong with the stock lighting, maybe try to adjust the beam throw a little lower.
if you are comparing this to the previous pic you posted, then remember that the earlier pic looks like it was take in pitch dark conditions with a whitish light while yours has been taken with some light around. If you want a marginal improvement, then get a bosch halogen bulb of the same rating.

I see most people are trying to outdo the street lighting, the purpose of light is to enable you to see better and not to compete with other brighter sources of light. When you try to use too bright lights, remember you maybe causing an inconvenience to other motorists.

Get Led lamps. Typically an led headlight will draw 10-20w. Lumens output will be 1500-2000 as compared to around 500 in a regular 35w halogen. Some Led lamps come with a small cooling fan attached behind also. Its easy to fit, no changes required in the stock setup.

I have installed a led headlamp on my p180 ug4. low 12w and high 18w. 2000 lumens output. The light is crazy. Just plug and play
