I had conducted the same Experiment with the Analog Voltmeter and Found the same results. I also increased the ground Clearence. Pics are below

Have you ever come across Wobbling of handlebar at 50+kmph? I am having serious problem. As I take off both hands at 60kmph, handlebars vibrate and tends to pull to left side. And wobbling is more with pillion rider. Engineer has called me to resolve my issue. But already SVC told me that everything is right. I inspected my front fork setup and found that both shocks are not aligned properly. Any suggestions??

Take a second opinion from outside mechanic. SVC doesn't repair anything.
And what do you mean by shocks are not aligned? how?
