Please dont misguide people, if he rides sanely doesnt mean all the other road users does the same. Taahir : Ditch that helmet, and get the Ls2 that you were looking for in other thread.Originally posted by prajwalmd View PostI don't think Taahir that you'll be needing them... because even I have the same routine as you and I don't have knee pads either... and as you said you don't drive rash or at frequent high speeds and neither do you go to outstation trips often... so... but still the decision is yours if think its necessary then go ahead...

Re: Bajaj Pulsar 180 (All Versions)
You don't need to buy everything seperately.. Get a good jacket.. It jas eblow and back protection.. And there are many good knee guards that you can wear under your pants/jeans.. prateek2210 I totally agree with you.. and I was not misguiding him... I just perceived things as Taahir mentioned... and it was just an advice... and yes I do agree with you about the fact of keeping safety as the first priority and looks second...Originally posted by prateek2210 View PostPlease dont misguide people, if he rides sanely doesnt mean all the other road users does the same. @Taahir : Ditch that helmet, and get the Ls2 that you were looking for in other thread.

Re: Bajaj Pulsar 180 (All Versions)
I will definitely be buying a ls2 helmet only within 3k, basic priority as i've learnt through the threads is that, it should have full visor and non modular with complete jaw protection, and a good brand i.e ls2.Originally posted by prateek2210 View PostPlease dont misguide people, if he rides sanely doesnt mean all the other road users does the same. @Taahir : Ditch that helmet, and get the Ls2 that you were looking for in other thread.

And when i goto the showroom, and see the helmets within 2.5-3k of the same brand, they'll mostly have same features, so i am a bit excited bout the looks

here you are wrong.. How much cc's a bike runs on, has nothing to do with the safety gear n all.. Even a small pebble in front of the gate can cause a fall and harm us..Originally posted by Taahir View Posti would've bought all these at once, that too together, if i owned a R1.....hopefully i will buy a R1 in next 6 yrz...!

better get at least these three things.. Then inshallah R1 in the future..
i will be there to company you with my fz1
as for tinted visor.. They do look cool.. But they hinder visibility at night time.. And you have to keep it open.. I always use plain visors..
Ride safe and have fun.
