That LED is not fitted on the wheel itself. 2 small strips are sticked to inner portion of front shockers(marked RED ). Wiring of same goes along with Techometer(left) / Brake Wire(right) .
for engine compartment lights place 2 or more strips on opposite side walls of Fuel tank and let there face be slightly downwards so that whole engine gets lit.

I heard that there is some led especially for alloy etcc it totate with the tyre when runing. hav any idea?

havent seen/used them ,but i personally dont like chinese items with BATTERY power. Better go with LED.

Yesterday i installed some led lightings

NExt is going to change the spark bulb. planning to use white led(28 led in a single park bulb size. i think its price is 300rs i am planning to go for it.

Now to the mileage matter, my local mechanic also said it is difficult for cbz to get over 45 kmpl. . .

IMO he has taken the connection from connection socket.

first remove ur rear seat.then open 2 nuts on each side of ur side panels.then u can easily remove those side panels. Not a big deal bro. time to use that screwdriver in ur toolkit

You can either replace it with of any color u want (u can get it from local shops) or u can replace the bulb with a LED strip but u will have to bypass/remove the stock BULB to save power.

I doubt there are replaceable LED's available,colored BUlbs are easily available in local auto shops (Red/Green/Blue ) in color.

may be i m having a 125 CC engine then , getting 55 in highways, 50+ in city....

Led type spark bulb are available. but only white. today i also enquire it in my city. it costs from 280-350rs for pair.

@ saurabh heheee you are very lucky to get 50KMPL+ to 55.
Mine is only 45kmpl in highway and about 40KMPL in city

Today i brought new Bosch dual horn and relay. dont know how to connect relay so going to a battery shop for fitting.
Horn cost 675rs and relay cost about 175 some thing. total of 850rs. The shop guy told that CBZ dont have relay so i need to buy relay too for horn durability.

Cant comment on that buddy,me too feel like horn doesnt have that much intensity as that in pulsars

yea today a dog accidentally come in the midle of the road and i blow my stock horn really waste the dog not moving the dog only moves when i reaches about 2 meters and again blow the horn so i decide to buy dual horn.

I enquire p220 dual horn its only 400rs. (each is 200rs).

Okay Athul.
I've a pair of Bosch Mico Impact horns which I used in my old CT 100. I wish to put it in cbz but confused with warranty and battery issue. Will this over drain bikes battery? Also it doesn't have a relay. And I need to get the bosch relay itself? Athul, can u specify the relay's name or something that i need to tell the dealer?

BTW, on first FREE service, the SVC charged 260 bucks, 200 for oil and another 60. Is this legal or am i cheated?

Happens with most of HH bikes,thats why i planned to go for horn relay.
I guess it will be enough for me to just have stock horn along with a good Relay. So will search for it.

@ Experts : i came to know that there r relays that can handle multiple devices ,are those available in india ?

200 rs for oil change is no doubt genuine, and about 60 rs : they must have changed something for sure,check for the BILL thhey would hav given u...

athul have u installed it by a mechanic or by urself. i enquired about it and i was told that fitting charges would b around 100 Rs. i think one can do it easily if provided the proper circuit connection.i have the relay with me having same 4 pins as urs (and as most of them ) 30,85,86,87.
i googled it and got confused by the use of different pins shown in different websites. So far i m sure there are 4 pins for :
1)Battery +ve through fuse (25 A fuse will work ?? relay = 30A)
2)Ground
3) Horn switch
4) Horn pin

can anybody tell the exact procedure or atleast the pin diagram for that. I mean i have 2 pins connected to my horn as of now.where do i put them in my relay or will i have to route the HORN SWITCH wire inside my Front fairing (as Battery +ve and GROUND i can do easily).

There's nothing mentioned about that in bill. Anyway just gonna keep an eye on them from next time.

Check whether the chain is cleaned and lubed... and next time pay attention while giving your bike for servicing because they ask you in flow of conversation to add additive... watch out for it and say NO!!!

Relay Installed As A DIY

A quick and effective DIY just done by me

:
Adding relay to ur Bike (if not having already )
Items requried : relay,almost 1 Mt lengthy thicker wire. soldering iron,tape, Fire extinguisher

Kidding
Just connect the 2 wires attached to ur horn on pin no 85 and 86. Check now by pressing horn button, RELAY should CLICK. all goin well now.
now attach a thick wire (as relay will draw heavy current from battery) from +ve point (One shown in attached PIC) and put a 20/30 A fuse in between depending on ur relay.Connect another end of fuse to the PIN No. 30.
And finally connect one wire from PIN No. 87 to one terminal of HORN and connect another terminal on HORN to the battery Negative terminal (One shown in pic), Might be other point in bike as well (Body touching didnt work for me )

so finally its working now,even when indicators ON(earlier it used to give pathetic sound when Honked with Indicators ON). I hope u understand wat i m trying to say

total cost : 60 (relay) + 14 (wire) + 10 Rs (20A fuse ) = 84 Bucks and that mechanic was asking 100 rs just for installation :X

Actualy stock settings are for low Amps for horn.If u add relay horn button sends a signal to Relay and hence relay further sends a heavier current to HORN (as its dirrectly connected to battery ). basically its used to match the increased Current load of accesories lights/horn etc.

Same thing goes with their TEFLON Coating. 350 Rs for 3 times. i have done the same,1 done 2 remaining. otherwise they dont even wash the bike properly .
