      Some SVC cleans centrifugal filter at first service and will adjust tappets only if the customer has a complaint on it,otherwise they wont even touch it.

        Time for an oil change , my 3rd oil change was @ 700,4th @ 1000

        Air-filter was not checked or cleaned at first service, i'm sure and its because of that there is a minor lag in acceleration, i think.
        Air filter shouldnt cause a problem in just 800Kms IMO


        Guys, how many of you think the SVC people have opened bikes crank case and cleaned those filters and adjusted valve clearance etc...? For me they haven't.

        i dont know whether they open the crank case or not but one thing for sure , my engine feels sluggish free and smoother just after the service.

        • i have soldered two circuits today,components are getting heated too much, may be that 60 V capacitor creating problem,should i replace it with a lower one ??

          and i am not using that 0.01 micro farad capacitance either.. just wana know what im missing

            check for the link while posting,few backspaces and its working . thats wat i have made. but one thing i m not sure is the voltage rating of that fellow capacitor ,all components are getting heated pretty much may be due to wrong voltage rating of capacitor. Koi to help karo

                A 25 or 16Volts capacitor will work well..If all components are getting hot, change the IC and see...

                  I have changed the IC,still the same issue. I guess i need that 10 Micro farad of 15-25 volt range as suggested by u. was facing dificulty finding a lower voltage capacitor of 10 mic farad capacity.will lookout for more. same thing will be applicable for 0.01 Mic farad capactor IMO.

                    Exactly. No other 150cc bike have this angel eye look in its park lamp. It would have been great if there was a partition as you said.

                    Have you tried varying the voltage range? just try varying the voltage by a pot or other resistance... Ignore if i'm wrong...

                        There could be but that requires opening of that headlight part.

                        I suspect that main cause is the Voltage rating of that fellow capacitor,its not able to charge fully If i m nt wrong.i hope it gets going , my hands are itchy now

                        • Bosch Horn relay not available near my place and hence bought an Indian made Agni Heavy Duty Horn Relay 30A.
                          It has 4 wires which are labeled B, S1, S2, H on the relay. As per diagram on its package, B is to be connected to battery +ve but no fuse mentioned.
                          H to Horns and the problem is that the wire from horn switch is to be connected to S as per diagram. But there are two wires named S - S1, S2. One of them is ground i think. But Which one. One of them is green and other blue. Wire to battery is red and to the horn also is blue. So green should be ground na?

                            TODAY I BROUGHT OSRAM COOL BLUE BULB FOR MY HEAD LIGHT.
                            ITS COSTS ME 225rs. I installed my self about half an hour ago. Waiting for night to check is it better that stock of just show off.





                            I removed Buzzer because of high irittating sound. after that when i turn on indicators there is a sound like (trrirrrr) befor indicator start after that normal soung like (tick tick}. IS that (Tirrrrr) at starting normal or am in need any attention?

                              • Today asked a local mechanic about fitting horns with relay on my bike. He said do it but don't use a relay because the bike have no kicker and you'll have some trouble soon... Friends, i'm really confused. I want that horns to be fitted but just concerned about the battery.

                                One more thing. while going through the owner's manual, i've seen that while starting the engine with choke ON, throttle shouldn't be opened. But I did it many times by giving throttle too. I use choke in first start in every day. Is there anything wrong if i start bike without using choke and with throttle open? Actually when is the choke meant to be used, is it when the bike doesn't start after some attempts in mornings?
