It hasn't happened before in the several years of my riding. Thank you.
WOW, never heard of such a thing happening.. a tiny bit of water vapor is ok, but yours definitely seems to be defective.
Were you able to get this re replaced under warranty ?

I went to the showroom but it was closed yesterday. I am going there again today and ask for a replacement. Lets see how it goes. I will post it as soon as I get the chance.

They are saying that the headlight doesn't come under warranty, even though it wad replaced On 6 June. They will seal the gasket or something. I don't know what to do

Everything is covered in warranty. Moreover, it's not a factory part, they gave you a bad part which should be replaced FOC.

Call hero on toll free number from the showroom itself and tell them all about that and then tell them that you are in the showroom itself. Then watch the show.

I called them and the are totally unhelpful. They said I should have asked the showroom earlier if there was any warranty for the headlight, they said they cannot help me.

Shoot a mail to Hero ASAP. Tell the SVC to prepare a job card and tell them to replace the headlight or you will not take your bike from them, untill they replace the whole unit.

Were you there when they replaced the unit? If yes, was the headlight sealed in box? If the headlight wasn't in a sealed box, there is high possibility that, they have put a faulty unit.

                    Cheerz!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

The headlight came in a sealed unit. I never let my bike out of my sight at the showroom. THe owner of the service centre(Yes, the owner!!) said that there is no warranty for the headlight. I talked to the hero Customer service and they said that if the showroom didn't give any warranty while fitting the head light then there is no warranty. I find this really strange and disturbing. THey took the headlight out and fiddled with it for an hour or so, using a blower and dunking it in a water bucket. Finally the reflector inside was totally disfigured and then the owner said "I don't have a replacement today, please bring your bike tomorrow evening and I will change the headlight."

I will take here there again tomorrow and hopefully they will change it. Lets see.

Thank you for your help guys.

Are they joking ? What kind of a customer service helpline is that! Surprised they told you outright that its not covered under warranty. Least they could have done is check the background of the case and then get back to you.
First please write to hero via email (mention all points that you have posted here)
If they replaced headlight under warranty a couple of months ago, how can it not be covered under warranty ?? Do you have the bill from the last time ?
But first please put it in writing. and you can also call them again and this time record the call and put that as an attachment when you email them.

hello in my HH Glamour i recently noticed that the oil level drops after a several rides.i topped it up again and rode 100-150km.so i recently noticed this.

i think this is the reason for the oil level dropping ( draining nut and other parts don't have any oil mark )once this inspection lid was opened to make the tappet adjustment by a mechanic.the lid is tight now.i double checked it.but it has a leakage.can anyone tell me the reason and the solution.thank you.

I remember there being an O Ring that goes with the inspection hole closure. Check if it is there?
