That o ring might have given up or damaged due to overtightening . Buy new original one . Open cover and clean the cover hole and the part that covers it . Then put in new o ring , screw it in using fingers and just apply ample force using allen key to tighten it , using hulk power will damge it again and that power isnt actually needed .

looks a little on leaner side to me.. and not sure if the gap is correct or the pic makes it appear too much.

                Hi guys,

                its 35K on ODO,

planning to do oil change, will go for shell semi synth 10w40.
and front brake pads are out, is there any brand better than OEM?

also air filter, even though its just 5k Old, now I am getting slightly less pick up and less mileage.

Is there any alternatives other than OEM air filter?
As K'n Require up jetting should I go for it?

                Thanks in advance.

Hi guys,I own a 2013 hunk and I find it to be very short geared. Is there a way to make it slightly taller geared while still retaining good city riding ability? Also it gives a mileage of 38 kmpl despite tuning it many times. I ride sensibly and don't rip it much at all and accelerate gradually. Still mileage is rather low. it is 3k kms on Odo and is in otherwise good condition. Any suggestions for the mileage?

Ashwin suggested using a 42t sprocket from the Unicorn. Do I have any other options regarding the gearing?

Don't think about k&n it is totally waste of money and time. Ultimately killing our engines. I tried it once and reverted back to stock after 500 kms.

hello in my HH Glamour the head light flickers in low rpms and sometimes it's almost blind.is there any easy way to convert my head light (parking light/low and high beam light) to full DC ? i've seen that, some had said that it needs stator rewinding.so is there any way to do it without doing that rewinding.thank you.

Coil rewinding is required for dc conversion. You can increase the idle rpm to get rid of the flickering.

Or simply float the ground of the stator and use pulsar 180 RR for DC conversion.

I may be wrong, but I am not sure if stator rewinding is absolutely necessary. It may be required if you plan on plugging in a 55/60W bulb, but otherwise, the stock stator coil should be able to handle the 35/35W load on DC since it already handles the load at a certain RPM.

I could be wrong, but unless you plan on plonking in a 55/60W bulb, I don't think you need a stator rewind at all.

actually i'm going to use the stock bulb, not going to change it so if i float the stator ground,do i need to replace my current rectifier too ? thank you
