If you fail to find any part in shops of your locality, always try once in 'Nana peth'.

I think 110/90 shouldn't have any issues. Someones else have mentioned about using 110/90 on Hunk without any mods in our thread itself.
Are these zapper Q available on Tubeless??
I think some of us are using ceat tyre, I read it in this thread some months ago, but couldn't find those post.
I think ceat is block threaded.

My rear is making tiny holes once every week, so planning to replace it.
I am not using my chain cover so chain cover is not an issue in using wider tyres.

39k on rear tire! Thats too much
I am not sure if Zapper Q comes in TL, mine is first gen Hunk with TT tires.
I am currently on CEAT ZOOM 100/90 TT, it is a pretty decent tire. Done almost 7k on it. I remember someone mentioning that it comes as TL also.
You can see zapper q and ceat zoom i my following post.

Those tyres are so hard that worn very slow. I also replaced my rear at 27K and there was still some 40% tread remaining. I think these are made to complete at least 50-60K kms.

MRF Zapper Q does not come in TL but if you have tubeless tyre rim, than no problem you can install it without any problem. I am also using it without tube, completed 4K no problem at all.

And I am also planning to shift block pattern tyres as my front is stock one and completed 31K. But I dont think we have any block pattern tyre available (Ceat vertigo sport) for front except stock

I just visited Hero motocorp service center for problem of electric start as whenever i starts bike, there is a noise if tick which is i think so starter problem. After there work, i asked them what they found? The mechanic ask me, how much your bike runs daily. I said may be 10 km(as my workplace is within range of 3 Kms). So he answered me that you have to ride atleast 20 kms a day for charging. Tell me guys, is he right or wrong...because i m preety much surprised.

                    Change the starter relay.

Will work fine. No tick sound and will start at touch of self.

Your mechanic's answer doesn't make sense.
I am riding only 10km daily for last 6 months. Even I used to keep my bike idle for 4-5 days, when I go to my native.
Never faced any issue with self-start.

The tick sound is the starter relay. If you get tick sound first and after that if there is some pause(less than a second) before the self motor activates, primary suspect is the charging of the battery and secondary is starter relay and finally the brushes in the motor may be giving up.

It happens as you say. But mechanic says that battery charging is ok..as he replaced the battery with weak battery and took trial by running bike for 4 km. found weak battery charging. If brushes are giving up, then hero motocorp doesnt understand where they are going . As i have just bought a bike.

Had a trip of 230 kms today - Porur(Chennai) -> Nelapattu bird sanctuary (AP) -> Pulicat lake (AP) -> Porur(Chennai). Route - Chennai Bypass and AH45 (NH5). It was a very nice trip and this was the first time I'm travelling in Andhra Pradesh. Paddy fields gallore, less traffic, Trains running parallel to us just few meters away, birds, birds - WOW !
The beauty of Pulikat lake was the most spectacular view I had in this trip. Flamingos, lake and large part of lake uncovered by water - it was unique.
This lake is just 6 kms before our nation's pride - Satish Dhawan Space Center
or Sriharikota Range (SHAR). The roads were pretty good with 6/4 lanes, but most of the over bridges were closed in NH5, asking us to take the service/side roads, which was bit of annoyance.
Coming to bike - as usual, performed well throughout, max speed 85 kmph, maintaining 60-70kmph most of the times, returned mileage of 45kmpl with a heavy rider and pillion
Tappet noise is very audible now, also time to adjust my new Rolon chain. Running on Shell AX7 for the last 3k kms. Tappet/chain adjustment, oil change planned for next month.
Also, bike completed 40k kms today
Sharing a pic taken at Pulicat lake. If you look closely, those white dots on top left corner are the Flamingos

                              Guys Update:

I have changed my both tyres to Michelin Street Sirac stock size because 110 section was not in block pattern for rear. My MRF Zapper Q 110 section sold in 1000Rs completed 4K kms. I wanted block pattern tyres for my next ride to hills these tyres are very helpful in wet, ice and off road, as I am not using my bike for daily commute in city mostly I do trips on it. Handling has changed lot grip is superb one use to get with block pattern tyres first.
