    A 5AH battery can easily handle a 55w bulb.

      i have used 55w for more than 6 months and few guys have used for more than a year. no issues at all. the thing is since our electrical are not DC, it will affect the battery. the power will be drawn from Alternator. actually the 55W will not get full 55w from the supply, but the beam spread will be much more wide and fully visible for us.

        well the fuel consumption is not bad. i am getting good mileage. do u think its piston rings that may be faulty?

          I was using philips premium(RS 100~150) for 2+ years, few weeks ago I switched to philips blue vision(Rs450).
          I think the 100rs premium is better. as blue vision is same bulb with a blue coating, light will be less.
          when you use pass switch, i think you will get the brightest possible as it draws DC from battery.
          while on AC, you will get 80~90% luminous when rpm reaches 2~2.5k.

                  Things like chain cleaning, oil change, spark plug, air filte. .. I do myself, Or I will go to a service centre about 2Km from Techno park at Bypass road if I cannot manage myself.

                    today i went to NGK spark plug distributer, the guy gave me CR8E plug instead CPR8EA-9 telling that i will fit and we are giving it to everybody.

                    can i buy it?

                    also can i install headlight bulb from 60/55W directly?

                      today i went to NGK spark plug distributer, the guy gave me CR8E plug instead CPR8EA-9 telling that i will fit and we are giving it to everybody.
                      C - Thread Dimension
                      P - Projecting Insulator type
                      R - Resistor
                      8 - Heat Range
                      E - Thread Reach
                      A - Firing End Construction ( A=special Design)
                      9 - Spark Gap

                      Clearly CR8E differs from CPR8EA-9
                      Google for NGK identification chart.

                        Ask for same plug, CR8E is a different plug, Yes 60/55 is plug and play, get philips one or Osram Silverstar

                                AFAIK, most of the Xtreme/Hunk owners in our forum are still on stock AC only. And when they say about 60/55 bulb, its on the stock AC setup.

                                Veedol TakeOff/Super Swift 10W30 is highly recommended oil, though I haven't personally used.
                                You can check Hero OE oil manufactured by Tide Water (which is the manufacturer of Veedol oils too).
