If you ride with a pillion then Hunk is preferable 'cause of GRS shockers You might also wait for their updated versions releasing diwali probably.

Both of them are equally better but i feel cbz has a bit more comfort when riding without pillion because of extra height.Originally posted by raghavtlwr View Post

@ALL
Finally I took the bike all the way to Vellore SC (more than 100Km's from my house) and i made sure only the head mech touched my bike.
The head mech first checked the valves and said it was fine no damage
so he checked and adjusted the tappet ,took the carb apart and cleaned it thoroughly and took it for a test ride...it touched 110km/hr
.
He said the the last time the carb was opened it was not assembled properly (Kancheepuram SC is by far the worst SC on planet earth
).
The mech also said some bush is worn out and its affecting the handling of the bike (That is true the bike is really scary to ride without a pillion,yesterday i crashed into a poor guy as i could not control the bike
).The bike has not been serviced for the past 10,000kms... so i will change the bush or whatever that is on the next service
.

Nice to know there was nothing majorly wrong with the bike. What was the reason for the smoke? Wrong mixture setting? Anyways good that the bike is healthy again.Originally posted by sarbanoxley View Post@ALL

The bike never emitted any smoke....that's why i was very hesitant to open the engine (The bike covered like 800kms in this condition and the oil level did not even dip slightlyOriginally posted by Sarvajit View PostNice to know there was nothing majorly wrong with the bike. in cbz-x manual about running in it is only said not to play full throttle and rapid acceleration for the first 500kms.nothing about speed or rpm limitation.
What does it mean?does it mean after 500kms my running in is complete?though my bike has completed 1200kms.i went to 80 several times after 700kms and went to 95 3times after 1000kms but slowly.can i rip it now?

hi i waswonndering what mileage are u ppl getting outta your hh hunk post 1st service. i'm gettin something in the range of 40-45kmpl(r to r method used)i spoke to the svc guys and they were like it'll improve after the 3rd or 4th service. is it so? has anyone here experienced any such thing?The purpose of biking -
100cc- to get from point A to point B
125cc- to get there fast
150cc- to have some fun while getting there
200+cc- to start from point A and forget when point B passed by
It's not the ride but the rider that matters!

Why cbz xtreme confusion
Hi all !
i have a confusion
i own a four month old cbz xtreme . but i feel bad about my choice. why didnt i take pulsar.its smooth,pickup is good. stable + more features.
While driving today , i couldnt beat a pulsar from taking away after the signal.
that bike's engine was smooth,good pickup which my bike didnt had, and more stable.
What do you say ?
Kindly post your valuable solutions...

Anyways.. My room mate has Pulsar 180 and I felt that although in terms of pick up maybe Pulsar is better, but in terms of smoothness HH nails it
~my own experiences... obv I'm a noob in term of engineering... maybe someone can share better insights

You have a best bike in its class.
Think about the reliability, handling & smoothness of your bike. You will realize pulsar's performance & reliability only after two years. (My personal opinion, Bajaj fans please dont take it personally
)
Even I am going to purchase Hunk or Extreme soon.
Enjoy your riding.
