What's the spec for intake/exhaust Sid?
iirc the clearances should be between 0.12 - 0.14 mm for both on the 102cc activa/dio.
as for the stalling problem, i suggest you try to increase the idle a wee bit by turning the idle screw.
if that doesn't solve it, then you might as well get the air filter and carb cleaned and adjusted correctly.
At 20k, it would be a good idea to change the air filter (best to change it every 6~8k max) and spark plug (if it hasn't been changed in over 15k km) Anuj_Gupta , try to get the clearances adjusted with a feeler gauge and let me know what is the value it is set at. i know a lot of mechs do not use a feeler guage
with a feeler gauge you will know if its at the recommended values and still causing an issue.

0.12 - 0.14 mm looks ok for exhaust valve, intake ought to be less than that, say 0.05 to 0.07 mm;
what do you think?

AirFilter(OEM-stock) is 2k kms old
SparkPlug(CR6HGP) is 5k kms old

Clean the carburetor , particularly the fine holes on the idle jet .

probably a bad "cone-set" (i.e. steering stem race/bearings)
only an inspection can point out the cause. go to a mechanic and have them check it.

Guys, i am getting an Activa 125cc soon mostly by May end or June 1st week.

Can someone please post a picture of the specifications of the bulbs and relays used in the Activa 125. And also the location of Fuse / Relay box.

Thanks in advance.

I have one query regarding hero honda pleasure, what is max speed this can go. I have used the first generation acitva (the same engine in pleasure) that comfortable reaches 65 kmph.

the first gen activa's can do 80kmph+ (speedo indicated) without breaking a sweat yet feel as refined as it is at 60kmph. i have 'cruised' non stop for a couple of hours at a speedo indicated 75kmph with a pillion many a time.
the pleasure will easily be able to do 65kmph, but over 70 it doesn't feel as refined as a honda.

it comes down to the quality of the work done on the engine since it was a rebore and not a new bore+piston kit.
let the bike run say around 800km and then change the oil and have the valve clearances checked and adjusted to spec. i would also suggest you get the drive components (clutch shoes, variator rollers and springs, drive belt etc..) inspected and replaced if necessary.

Where is the crankcase breather situated in Dio 2013(If possible please post a pic).I am unable to understand from the brochure.
Also how much should it cost to clean carb and crankcase breather?

And i have not changed the gear oil since the Showroom service got over.
Cheers

P.S Someone is selling OEM parts on a discount

if you look under the scoot you might find a plastic pipe hanging. the manual might have the description i believe(the old model manual surely does).
cleaning the crankcase breather is nothing but removing its end cap and letting whatever goo is inside drip out. Cleaning the carb, i think the svc might charge you around 100 bucks.

If a good quality gear oil is used, you could keep it for as long as an year or more. If you are unsure what oil was used or have never changed the gear oil (the svc usually doesn't touch the gear oil), go ahead and get yourself a half litre can of MAK spirol ep 90 gear oil. Available at most bharat petroleum bunks (just ask for 90 gear oil). Don't use the 140 gear oil or local brands that are sold in pouches. another choice is the castrol gl4 in the similar 90 grade.
These are very good oils and will easily stay good for at-least an year in the gearbox.. though i mostly change it every 6months/3000km(every service) just because its cheap and easy to replace it.

The capacity for the gear oil is only around 120 ml (you can't really over fill it).. so that half liter bottle will last you a long time. if you have a motorcycle, you could use this gear oil for chain lubrication as well.

And those spares are easily available at local spares shops with at-least a 10% discount!

what do you mean by clean the engine ?
if its external cleaning/washing, you could have them remove the rear section (seat and the entire rear panel section) and give it a water wash. just make sure you plug in the air filter box opening with a rag so that water doesn't enter, and remove the rag after the wash.

if you mean internal cleaning, please elaborate on why what and how you plan to do it ?

my opinion is that you just keep it serviced and oil changed every 2500-3000km and the engine will be happy.
