Following run in period of any engine plays great dividend in future ! Make sure not to drive at constant RPM, constant speed. It is all about making engine habitual for all speeds and RPM. For first start in day, make sure to give it 30-40secs to warm up before you drive. It gets engine well lubricated before driven.Originally posted by jammbuster View Post

That's why i choose this bike what you want such a good torque in 64,000 rs.
Also i dont think i will require fast going bike specially in DELHI city driving..
Riding bike with in 70 kmpl is ok for me...
I will touch this figure after first service.

And you mentioned that your bike is fitted with Maintenance Free battery, so did Yamaha itself give you MF battery or you opted for it?

I am sorry but I cant comment on the tubeless tyres as I never tried searching for those. But I think Michelin have tyres of same size as SZ-R and also I happen to see a post where in someone fitted R15 version 1 rear tyre into SZ-R, not sure about it though.Originally posted by jammbuster View Posttubeless for SZ-R.. please advice
TVS Tyres are 'super' hard compound :-/ Its been more than 11000 kms now and thread pattern is like, it is new! I am pretty sure if I can use this for 30-35 K km lol

I will write abt ownership experience...
Advantage of this bike are -
1) too good suspension
2) Good braking
3) feel of big bike
Disadvantage -
1) head light switch is only one option i.e. for ON, no parking light kind of things
2) tyres... yes TVS tyre i am still doubtful on the grip ( as reported by many users here)
Chalo .. I will stick let C how they performed.Originally posted by lalitp View PostI am sorry but I cant comment on the tubeless tyres as I never tried searching for those.
