Unplug and replug fuel sensor connector. Clean if needed, spray some WD40. It's under the tank, one green connector.

That simple? Hope it works. That's first on my to-do list for Saturday. Thanks.

Well done ?? it looks pathetic, looks like the tyre hugger will touch the silencer when going over a speed bump or pot hole. :banghead:

            • The can should follow the line of the bike, Under the seat you see 1 angle, the can is another.
              Needs to flow.

My disc has been rusted in few places and it makes a weird noise while braking , Is there a DIY solon to get rid of the rust and maintain the disc from rust during the monsoons?
A time saving and easiest solution to remove the rust is to cut a lemon and rub over the rusted area and clean it with a cloth .I assume you must be knowing about this crude method.

Mine also shows 1 bar right after topping up till the brim. Then it varies, either showing full tank or without the last bar.

What kind of noise are you getting??

If its a whirring noise like a fan spinning then its normal for disc brakes.
If its a grinding or scraping kind of noise then probably your disk pads are worn out and need to be replaced immediately.
If its brake squeal then maybe your disk pads have glazed and require some sanding/replacement.

                        Cheers!

I also get the same problem. It usually happens when I have the bike on its side stand when I turn the ignition on.
I just turn the bike off (while I'm sitting on it upright) and turn it on. It usually goes away, if not I turn the bike off, move the bike side to side and turn it on.

Its definetly not a whirring noise but something like a grinding noise and one more thing I could feel jerks at the handlebars when I brake at low speeds, I last changed the pads at 7k on the ODO now its 17k on the odo.

You changed pads at 7k kms? Were they worn out ?
When I checked mine at 11k kms it was in pretty good condition.

I have faced almost everything you described on my freinds CB Twister. Grinding noise from the front disc and jerks on applying the brakes. We took it to the mechanic and he replaced the brake pads, when he showed me the used pads, I was shocked. Those pads were so worn that they had scratch marks of the discs on them!!
I scolded my friend for him letting the brakes get this bad.
From this experience I'd suggest you to take the bike to a mechanic immediately
