hmmm.....ok...
well just so that you guys know....got my fz16 on last monday.Have covered 250kms in 3 days.Then went to goa on the 1st and havnt driven it since.
Bike is in amazing in feel and looks.Just a small problem.The rear break creeks when applied.Will a simple oiling on the assembly fix the problem or do i need to get it checked out???(Asking cause the service center is far from my place n no time to go there)sigpicGirls are like roads, more the curves, more the dangerous they are.

BTW ,its not just this thread, I've started seeing a lot of FAZER's on road too.
Esp the black ones. Haven't seen any blue as yet even on this thread. Had been to my dealer a few days ago to get the rear mudguard flap, he told me he has stopped taking FAZER bookings as the company is not delivering on time. He even said that a lot of people canceled their bookings because of the delay in delivery. Earlier I had this notion that FAZERS would still be rare coz of its price tag but the overwhelming bookings and on road bikes suggest otherwise. Nice

do some oiling near the break paddle
use gear oil
check your manual it is shown in it,ADRENALINE PUMPS, SOUL FLY'S, WHEN I AM ON MY 2 WHEELSComment

Fazer accessories
Hi Guys,
I am currently in pune and looking for some accessories...like mesh seat cover, strips on rim and if i m not wrong there were some LED lights introduced by Yamaha, Leg Guard..etc....Can someone give me pointer where i can get all these...I tried Yamaha Factory shop but they are saying they cannot sell...Rest all dealers does not have a single thing...
Else i can buy same from Delhi too and get it fitted in pune if same are available in any delhi showroom

Hello guys, I have a new yamaha fz 16, completed 1 months and 550km. First service was done yesterday. Do they clean and polish the bike for the first service? I didn't feel so.
Also the first ever mileage obtained by me was 44kmpl. I continued to ride at 45-50kmph and the highest obtained ( before service ) was 52kmpl. Now that I have completed the 1st service, what is the maximum I can obtain if I ride in economy speed. ( Also please specify the maximum economy speed for the fz 16 ).
Any chance If I can fit a crash guard to it ?Reduce 1 km/hr speed, add 1second 2 ur life.Comment

so i guess it depends on the quality of your Dealer....anyway wait for the other members reply and see if polishing is done everywhere.Smoke rubber,not tobacco.
