Dude you are getting a terrific mileage? what you have got done in your bike?? your bike suffers from all the performance or what?
Don't know whats the problem but the mileage seems low to 40-43 kmpl range. In addition to that, I have increased vibrations from 60km/hr.
Earlier it used to be so smooth till 75-80 km/hr. What would be the problem? I am thinking of doing the tuning process myself and lubricate the chain with kerosene and yamaha chain clean.
Is it ok?

Vibrations can be due to lose bolts.Got to the SVC and ask them to tighten all the bolts esp. the Foundation bolt.
and dont ask them to do this when you give for service, since they will happily skip tht and tell you "All done sir".do this job separately and keep an eye on them.
What is the cause of vibration between 4-5k rpm range and except it my bike is smooth even at high speed of 90-100 km/h. Showed to svc guys but still it persists.
As i mentioned earlier on my trip. I noticed one thing, i could not go beyond 115km/h but till 105 it was easy without any effort but beyond that i started to feel something which was not right to go beyond that. This problem as started after my 3rd service. Before i was doing 115 easily & once managed to do 125km/h. I was also getting a decent mileage of 42+ but now 36-37. I use Iridium plug, normal yamalube engine oil & no fancy filters. I wanted to know the A/F mixture is right or not. If it is a lean mixture (for better mileage) it should turned outwords or inwords (clockwise or anticlockwise).
