I own a Gladiator SS and i have a query for all the Bangalore FZ owners regarding the service and customer handling at the MSP Moto World dealership, Banashankari.

I usually get my bike serviced at Bangalore Wheels and am satisfied by the quality of work done there. This time, recently, it was my bike's 1st bonus free service and went to MSP as it's on the way to my college. I had missed one of my bike's earlier free services and due to this, the service guy at MSP refused to accept the bonus free service, stating that they maintain a record of all the bikes' services and if some service is skipped, there will be problems n other nonsense. Bottom line, he wanted money. I knew he was bullsh*tting me so i promptly went to Bangalore Wheels where the bonus free service was taken into consideration and everything was peaceful.

Have any of you FZ owners experienced similar issues at MSP MW particularly or any other dealerships?
My story is pretty contradicting.. I bought my bike in B'lore Wheels and was initially offered a free teflon coating but after the payment was made it was flatly refused.. (I didn't ask why, I was too excited about my bike) .
Now the first 3 services were good but not great. I went to msp motoworld once since it was near to my college for fixing a tyre puncture. I was pretty impressed with the vastness of the service area and the servicemen (compared to b'lore wheels) . Well I kind of overran my service period and missed my 4th service by 15days..B'lore wheels didn't offer me my 4th service and so I went ahead with my 5th service..This was the most horrible service i ever faced because The bike was not even cleaned properly (when confronted he said 'sir adhu ashte' or 'adjust karlo'), idling was tampered (1.8k!!) and i wanted some tweaks on the clutch cable which was not done..

Im pretty sure im not going to b'lore wheels again.. The place is highly cramped, scratches are bound to happen..

One of the mechanics there doesn't give a shit about our bikes, rude to the customers and i don't know if its bad but keeps the engine revving at 8k callously
        signature not found..

Hey has anyone switched over to a maintenance free battery?? Any one used the Exides X-pack battery. I've currently got an AMCO battery on which I've got almost 0 confidence. Would prefer to switch to a maintenance free battery before I change my HL.
