Hi i have got my fz 16 fixed (fork and handle bar issue)
I got the bike from SVC today morning and i rode the bike to office(15 km)
The handling seems to be ok now, am not experiencing acute pain in my left wrist as before, gotta test the bike by clocking more Kms

Thanks a lot for helping me out guys...

Regarding custom stickering which thread should i check for ?
What was the problem how did they fix it?

LEDs need current regulation and that can be achieved by resistors. If you don't want to use resistors which are voltage dependent, you can use LM317 in constant current mode thereby ensuring constant current irrespective of variation in voltage. But a simple resistor will be enough. I am using 10* 1w leds in my speedometer with resistors only for the last 3 years.
you can use this Current limiting Resistor calculator for leds

Alright guys, have taken a proper video of the rear wheel. It wobbles a lot (notice the edge of tyre) and haven't been able to diagnose the problem, changed the rear hub (on which rear sprocket is mounted), bearings are fine, new rubber cush, chain slackness proper, new tyre.
@Divya Sharan @accuengineer @shv18 @psr Sir and other bros, need your advice.

Many thanks to Sandeep & Pranav. I'm gonna trouble you one more time, see the calculation below and help me to select the correct resistor.

Yes, even I don't want to complicate the circuit by adding the IC's & capacitor if I can make it with resistors.

For 1w leds I have used 100 ohm 1/4w resistor which I'll change to 50 ohm 2w as you suggested.

For red leds, I'm using 100 ohm 1/4w resistor in series with 4 leds. My calculation was like this,
[12V-(4 x 2.5)]/20mA = 100 ohms (Voltage drop across red LEDs was wrongly assumed to be 2.5V).
However the voltage drop across red LED can be from 1.9V to 2.2V. Also the battery voltage can be 11V min to 14V max. So the calculations comes like this.

1) [11 - (4 x 2.2)]/20 = 110 ohm

2) [11 - (4 x 1.9)]/20 = 170 ohm

3) [14 - (4 x 2.2)]/20 = 260 ohm

4) [14 - (4 x 1.9)]/20 = 320 ohm

Now please help me to select the correct resistor. I was thinking to go for 200 ohm but even with that LEDs are gonna get dimmed.
I don't want super bright or something, but they should at least match with the stock bulb brightness.

From your video it looks like the sprocket is wobbling more than the wheel. Is the sprocket aligned properly, Is it in the plane of the wheel? Also do check your axle nut & sleeve.

Get the wheel hubs checked. The black rubber bushes present over the axle. They make be bad.

For fork bend they did it for free(as i paid once already) and for handle bar they charged me 410
Now after riding approx 30 kms, the bike seems to be ok to me

Custom stickers should be available at YASS, aren't you getting them there.

Good to see that your problem has been solved.

YASS sells customs stickers?
I guess the OP meant not-OE stickers.
Balaji.S, any sticker shop with a printer would do it for you. (If I indeed got the context of custom stickers right.)

Yes it is. Changed the rear hub recently. By sleeve you mean the one which goes in the sprocket?

Since the sprocket is of small diameter as compared to the wheel, you will notice the sprocket wobbling a lot more than wheel.

Cheerz!!

Brand new bushes, brand new tyre, brand new rear hub, bearings are fine.

If you notice the edge of tyre, it isn't rotating in circular pattern but rotating in left-right motion.

To be on the safer side, you can assume the drop to be 1.9V across each LED. That makes a 220 ohm resistor a good middle-ground choice for you.

LED brightness is not very linearly dependent on current IMO, so the slight loss in brightness shouldnt be a worry. And I am positive that the impact of LEDs is going to be considerably more than the single filament-bulb that the bike otherwise has.

Sorry for the wrong reading yeah YASS only sells OE stickers, dedicated body shops are hard to find but what you can do is to get your choice of stickers, get them pasted and clear coated by a good bike painter.

Hey all, I changed my front sprocket to 15T of unicorn. And its really better now. I have driven about 3k kms with it and its great. Initial puckup is almost the same, but top has got a lot better. I suggest all of you to change to 15T as according to me fz is a bit under geared, and i bet you wont regret.
