            • Since a long time,I have been thinking of installing rear disc brakes...have gone through LuckyLuke's awesome post..(actually that encouraged me more).. I would like a gold brake caliper to make it look OEM,since my front Bybre is golden. Now which bike's rear brakes are better and safer?
              1.Pulsar 220
              2.Honda Dazzler
3.Apache's Petal discs...both front and rear.I need to change the front caliper to floating caliper for this, right?

              • Guys help!

I have just seen the chain was tight and when I was seeing to the front from back right through mono shocker, I can see the chain is touching centre beam. Is this normal? can't loose the chain also because there is no more space to loose. Is it normal for the new bike? just curious.

It is normal there is a rubber cover on the swingarm where the chain touches it

Not at all! Some guy at Yamaha had accidentally ordered a whole flock of these items, and as nobody had any idea of their purpose, they just stuck it there discretely in order to justify the mysterious delivery! Then, the next people over there kept ordering and installing them, still without any idea of what the heck it was for!

Check if the brake nut is too tight, loosen it a bit.
