Manage what? The brake locking or regular landing on the nose?

    Wrong.

      Wrong.
Just change ur rear brake shoes, brake locking in drum brakes usually occurs wen the shoes are irregularly worn or worn out. Get the hub checked for irregularities too.

If you do change your handle, keep me in mind. I am in need of a Unicorn handle. Old style will also do.

And I am in Bangalore as well.

Even a single person here (my area) are recommending Unicorn
I think you misunderstood it, wheel locking is the condition where the wheel stops rotating n comes to stand still, but the bike is in motion and the momentum of the bike causes the wheel to be dragged, which will result in skidding of the bike. Definitely not a good situation to look up for

          • Hey guyz..i heard stock Unicorn comes with zapper-y...
How good it is in wet-condition?
I heard from one of my friend who rides Unicorn that its not good..
Also he suggested stunner stock tires are better..Anyone knows whats the stock tire of stunner?
recently i'm planning to buy this, so i just wanted to confirm whether its worth the money.
My requirement is good traction or braking in wet conditions...the stocks which im using in my RTR is tvs jumbo tires which is good in dry conditions but sucks in wet..it skid like hell..
the other options i have in my mind is zapper-q, zapper-c & MRF mo-grip(Meteor).
Among the four the MRF showroom guys suggest zapper-y..
but the tire groove/thread design looks flat in the middle of the zapper-y, which is what i'm concerned whether it will give good grip in wet & dry conditions...
zapper-q though expensive than zap-y is good only in highways as mentioned by mrf showroom fellows based on user reviews...
            no idea about zapper-c....
could anyone plz give your valuable suggestions based on your experience with the tires...

I have Michelin Pilot Sporty tubeless and its awesome in wet. Front is running on Michelin Pilot Street tube-type. Both are performing well without any problems. Of course, I don't test their limits, so my experience is limited to 20K kms of decent usage.

The cb unicorn comes with Zapper y which is known to be bad in both wet and dry condition, if your usage is mostly for tarmac then go for Michelin m45 or mrf Zapper c and vyde are also good, if u want for both off road and tarmac usage then go for Michelin sirac street or mrf meteor.

                        • My uni sounds like I've installed a k&n filter at high rpm, it doesn't sound like a uni at all since I bought it used. My mech is not able to answer why, I've replaced the air filter but still same prob, what could be the cause for this? Any clue?

I hope your silencer is not disintegrating! Lol! Any rusting/holes anywhere? Any oil leakage from the cylinder head?

Nope the sound isn't from the exhaust or engine, its coming from the air filter box, after making sure of that only I changed the air filter, still the sound is same. And its not affecting performance or FE but still that's not how a uni should sound like.

Don't think its a good idea since as it is the stock 35w lamps fluctuate a lot while on
