Re: Honda CBR 250R
I don't know exactly about R15 v3 but I remember the Karizma ZMR's mirrors were direct fit but that hampered visibility, looking from pictures the R15 v3 also look like have a shorter length with which you may not be able to get good visibility.Originally posted by Moshca View Posthi..does anybody have any idea if the rear view mirror of r15 ver 3 can be directly fitted onto cbr 250 or not,i dont like the stock one and looking for shorter and sleeker one for my cbr and ver3 mirrors looked good to me..
You can try by walking to yamaha spares with your mirror removed and check the mounting points.
The mirrors of CBR are bulky but they do a pretty decent job, my D390's mirrors are half as good as the CBR's in rain the D390 mirrors are completely useless.

Re: Honda CBR 250R
I am attaching the best possible shot of the mounting eye of the R15 V3 mirrors. But, it all comes down to the length and mounting eye of the mirror stalk, if the CBR's and the V3s have the same eyelet, then they should be a fit.Originally posted by Moshca View Posthi..does anybody have any idea if the rear view mirror of r15 ver 3 can be directly fitted onto cbr 250 or not,i dont like the stock one and looking for shorter and sleeker one for my cbr and ver3 mirrors looked good to me..

The girl said, 'NO!'

Thanks for the input,i too am doubtful about the visibility being blocked partially thats why i wanted to know if anybody has done this experiment already, lets see how it turns out.Originally posted by Dandamudi Mohan Krishna View PostI don't know exactly about R15 v3 but I remember the Karizma ZMR's mirrors were direct fit but that hampered visibility, looking from pictures the R15 v3 also look like have a shorter length with which you may not be able to get good visibility.

Re: Honda CBR 250R
Sadly its not a direct fit, you may need to build additional clamps to fit those mirrors. If you want to change the mirrors to something other than stock, you can try ninja 300 replica mirrors. But the visibility will be poor compared to the stock one.Originally posted by Moshca View Posthi..does anybody have any idea if the rear view mirror of r15 ver 3 can be directly fitted onto cbr 250 or not,i dont like the stock one and looking for shorter and sleeker one for my cbr and ver3 mirrors looked good to me..

Re: Honda CBR 250R
Did you try the Begumpet Fortune Honda? They have almost all the spares for the CBR 250 and 150, very good customer service and I've purchased most of the parts from them when I was in Hyderabad. Call them up, and get an appointment, they should help you out. Friendly chaps! JSP aren't that great when it comes to hoarding of spares for the CBR 250R.Originally posted by raaz321 View Postcan any one suggest me good service center SVC or outside mechanic in Hyderabad,i tried JSP honda kukatpally they are unable to fix issues so want to try somewhere else. maybe need to replace clutch plates, want complete end to end service like engine cleaning etc.

Re: Honda CBR 250R
I've tried these. You'll rue the modification on the highways, and I felt half blinded with the Ninja mirrors (even with blind spot mirrors) in comparison to the stock mirrors especially if you wear jackets.Originally posted by Pavithranmt View PostSadly its not a direct fit, you may need to build additional clamps to fit those mirrors. You need to lean and peek to have a clear FOV in the Ninja mirrors, which just requires a look in the stock mirrors to get a good view.
And stock mirrors with blind spots show me everything I need to know.
I'll suggest to stay on stock (I know they're too rounded for everyone's liking) unless you can get CBR650F's mirrors [emoji1786]Before you climb Everest, you have to conquer the mountain inside your head.

Re: Honda CBR 250R
Looks very functional, do they cause any issue in the traffic.Originally posted by JTD View Post
I have been using the stock mirrors with the extenders for some time now.
Most useful on the highways
May I know from where the extenders can be obtained.Last edited by cbr250abs; 11-11-2019, 05:44 PM.

Re: Honda CBR 250R
They are extended by only 30mm from the stock fitment on either side so not much of an issue in traffic.
you do get used to riding with it in traffic after a couple of rides
Its made a lot of difference out on the highway on long rides.
I have got these machined as a one off prototype.

Your foglamp set up looks nice. Can you explain more about that modification? Expense, overall improvement etcOriginally posted by JTD View Post

Can you post some pictures here or tag that comment? There are too many pages to filter through. Also, you have any links to aliexpress? I am checking for a few but not sure if they are actually double bubble.Originally posted by princesirohi View PostScroll up and check the images of my bike. I have installed a double bubble windscreen from aliexpress.
