i serviced my bike in ganesh motors L.B.nagar near the l.b.nagar ring road..the service was good they didnt charged anything extra for chain lubing,coolent top up and all other small stuf..and the service was really very fast.
I gave for servicing nearly 10'o clock smething lyk 9:45 and he delivered me the bike by 12'o clock..

Too much use of blurring, first few shots would have been better against a dark background.
and few things here and there.

Is it fine if you overshoot the oil and filter change by some 650km than the specified limit?

only if you don't care about the bike as well as warranty

Actually, I am servicing her in coming two days.I wasnt knowing the fact that I was overshooting the limit, I knew it only when I referred yesterday the manual casually.Otherwise I am overprotective about my motorcycle, having a troubled emotional state from yesterday when I knew about the overshoot.

just curious, in case you are following the service interval properly, how come at least the engine oil is not being changed. Is it like you've asked the SVC guys not to change? OR your servicing interval itself is overshooting by 650kms ?

Actually, had changed the oil and oil filter at 4th svc[5060km].At 5th svc, there wasnt much of mileage, so decided to change them on the 6th svc.Planned for the 28th of this mont[GUru nanak jayati holiday]The odometer now reads 8500km.Should I be riding her to college for two days?

As long as you are getting your bike serviced in proper interval, there shouldn't be much of problem (whether the oil/oil-filter is changed or not) as per the warranty is concerned. In fact many of the SVCs don't change oil filter in every servicing though that's mentioned in the service manual. But it's always recommended to change both the engine oil and oil filter in every servicing.
So don't worry, you can ride of course. But as you didn't change or top up the engine oil for quite a long time, just check the engine oil level before riding.

The brute force felt post 8000rpm .. man o man.. what a power..! My Highway ride taught me various lessons today.. one A Nano is no match for our bike at highways even though it costs within similar budgets of our baby.! two : have to buy a night ride suitable helmet .. and after all this while i was returning, at a signal there was a guy who was talking in phone while moving in the traffic he was riding an P150.. It dint even get registered and was brand new..! After seeing me pass by a little forward he kept his phone down and stood near me till the signal turned green! Then on the game started.. He first gave a full throttle and was showing off his Bike's sound..

I was smiling and gave a chase within seconds I over took him and gave a brute throttle showing him off my baby's sound(feeling guilty to have revved it though ) after a Km I stopped at another signal where i had to make a Right turn..! He again stood by me and saw the bike I just dont know why he did it..! After that he went straight and i made it back home..! THE END

During my earlier days before getting my baby i used to go crazy to hear a pulsar roar..! Even till i had to keep calm for a run in I was thinking in my mind that may be I should have gone for a Pulsar just for its sound.. Then after today's incident i realized that YAMAHA is totally in a different league..! Our baby's sound is much more crisper and better than that of a pulsar.. Its my personal thoughts sorry if its wrong no offense!! I will NEVER EVER REGRET IN MY LIFE FOR CHOOSING MY BABY TILL I BREATHE
