Yesterday while cleaning and lubing the chain i found that rear wheel is not freely rotating, the Disk is in continuous contact with the brake pads. To rotate the wheel, i have to apply some force (no too much), i know it's not normal.
Need help, can any one tell me how can i solve that this issue ?

disk breakpad overhaul. should cost yuo around 300-500 bucks depending upon the labor charges. What the svc guys will do is : they sand it out with a sand paper. i.e clean out the dust and asbestos deposits. You sure it aint accumulated muck and dirt causing the issue ? last option get the ball bearings lubricated at rear wheel.
Keep Calm and Kaam se Kaam

To all those how-to-run-in-the-bike-oh-it's-so-confusing. Here's an advice.
Read and follow the OWNER's Manual. Keep it simple.. Old School technique will do more good than harm your bike

The rear Brake pads where replaced a month ago, im sure, there isn't any dirt or accumulated muck causing this issue. And the problem is not with the ball bearings, coz i can clearly hear the sound of disk rubbing against the pad.
The pistons in the brake caliper were pushed forward to reduce the free play and to accommodate the wear of the previous pads, might be while installing the new set he forgot to adjust the piston.

I am facing the same problem,
I have recently replaced the rear brake pads and now yesterday while lubing the chain i check out and found that a Khees khees sound coming at every rotation.
And today the rear brakes are not getting applied that efficiently. I have to press it hard to have a little braking effect.
Let me know what could be the problem or solution which you found out.

The efficiency of my brake is not affected due to that. Your problem seems to different, but i'll definitely share the solution with you

Open and Clean the brake piston and remove the dirt off. Then you all set to ride without any noise .

I have never done that. Can this be done using the toolkit provided?
That will take care of noise problem but what about the brakes which are not getting applied?

Check the amount of brake fluid in the master cylinder, if the level is ok then there might be chances that there is air in the system, which may be the reason of that inefficient braking .

Was doing a daily check after returning home and found that there were green deposits at the middle of the engine's casing... looked a little up and found that there was a little coolant leak from a hose kindof thing that is connected to the engine? Any info on what this could be? Checked the coolant reservoir level and it was just the same (At Maximum) The leaked coolant seems to have dried already and i even tried idling the bike and revving it a little, and when the radiator kicked in, there was no leak!! Creepy though!! Anyone had a similar issue???? please do help me out!!!
