what i am noticing about the Back Mirrors, at the speed of 40-50 kmph both are slightly vibrating ... is it normal ?

If the vibration is only in 40-50 kmph range then it is definitely not normal..Why dont you get the screws tightened and see if it goes away..

Did you empty the tank? Even if yes, you got an awesome figure of around 45+

From what I've heard, you should avoid it riding at low fuel as much as possible (I mean fill it if you have to ride).

Your bike is not in run-in at 1600. You are through that phase! Increase the RPMs gradually, and you'll taste ecstacy! (with ~35 kmpl in 7.5-8 K RPM range! - on the highways ofcourse.)

I tried at 100+ speeds, and I had an OK view! Surely the bolt must be loose.
It loosens after some bad patch of roads with just stones laid without the tarmac "topping" (2-3 kms)

Make sure you read the manual carefully, and read this thread if you want to!

Keep her in the proper Rev range and follow the Run-in properly! You'll enjoy her even more after being patient for some 1100- 1200 kms!

And the screw will cause leaking air (little bit) after its removed, rather remove it and use a puncture kit to fill the spot.
