Went to chennai pbk and gave a cheque for 114K

And the guy said the total was 134260 incl RTO charges

The thing is when I booked, in the breakup given the Amt was 133270 anyone knows y this difference of 1K???

And also he said not sure when they will issue the bike, might be this weekend or next week!!!

Please provide ur inputs...

IMHO they r way too costly and the gloves and jack are made in Pakistan ???(it was imprinted) and yet too pricey

Update: I also asked them about the coolant leak/ chain loosening frequently / the footrest vibration... The coolant problem they said the level will b checked and given and also the coolant won't work before the engine heats over 90degz ... They will give a lube spray which must be used on the chain every 500 km to ensure quality ... And the foot pegs , he even showed a copl of bik and suggested that it was a rare case and they will check all these during delivery... Hmmm sounds promising

this happened to me as well. I was quoted 1,32,666

but when i got a call for balance payment they told me price of 1,33,916. saying there were increases in RTO charges.

They must be 100% premium grade leather... I have Teknic Racing Gloves which are brought from the states and are made in Pakistan. To update you on some knowledge, these gloves will provide you maximum protection against other ones. Pakistan is famous for leather made products, other brands might manufacture them in Italy or China but their leather intake is from this country.

I was in a fix too when gloves were purchased in the States were made in Pakistan...

So its alright to use them for touring, another thing would be they are extremely comfortable in hot weathers, i dont know what is it but my hand never sweats in summer riding and it does not have vents either yet the glove is a full gauntlet one.

Hmmm so no way to know the exact price anyway let's just think that the 900 odd bucks are for the bike to get delivered sooner

Anyway since it was from the neighbouring Pakistan (manufacturer / importer unknown) I dint expect it to be priced at almost 6k... Anyway I'll try to wear them and see during delivery to check its comfort ,quality and most of all check if it's really a vfm

Khat Khat sound comes when the chain touches the swingarm, called up the vashi showroom guys, there is some rubber to be added which the showroom/ service stations guys will be doing it .......... just ask for it ........

We can change the oil to Motul 20W50 which is KTM approved .......cost will find out ............. A.H. Helmets in Andheri West gives discount for Biker groups ......... and he has also got some parts for KTM
