    @devil_rider where you from in Mumbai? We already have 3 guys with KTM in bandra and could use a fourth!!! ...for our weekend carter road + bandstand rides...

      It definitely will buddy. Also do you have the PDF file for the fiber body of the KTM? Someone released a PDF file with the Engine Repair diagrams so was looking for something similar wrt the plastic body panels to get an idea of what can and cannot be replaced.

        Booked the Duke at KTM Chennai this Afternoon. Now the Wait Starts , Official max waiting period is 60days now. 140+ bookings so far. 22 Bikes are in the showroom for delivery. Took test ride after booking , Wish I could take one home right away . Few Power parts are available.

          Congrats dude, what all the documents did You get after booking the bike? Is it anywhere mentioned the total cutoff? Someone mentioned here that the on road price is gonna go up by 30k, but not sure.

            Saw a Duker, grey jean-navy blue tee, wearing a black LS2 Dragon and a black college bag. Dint notice the no. plates.

            PM, if its you. In 3 months of my being here I haven't found a helmet shop anywhere. Roadsides hawkers are all that I've seen. Need a good helmet.

                Congrats ... I booked it last friday.. they said 12 were to be delivered that day.. looks like they get about 25 bikes a week I suppose... I guess 15 bookings have happened in about 4 days.. thats a decent number..

                      It may/ may not be genuie alpine star but it does not lack the value for money factor... good quality protectors for "in city" rides with really good knuckle guard and excellent grip for the palm

                        for me it is part of the competiion genes that ktm carries.
                        i noticed that the sound of my bike is much better, when i am wearing a helmet. it takes out all the chain noise and i just get lower, growling sounds in lower rpms which are actually very nice to my ears....

                          Shoots!!! That's exactly what I thought Looks like DSG Revive is far superior & offers better protection than this. A good riding glove should have leather to cover the palm because nothing protects the palm better than leather in the event of a fall!!!

                            ktm duke 200 version 2.0

                            i just finished today my running in and must say, that i am very delighted with the bike after the 1.000 km service.
                            it is just so much fun to use it in the powerband from 7.000 to 9.000 rpm. the bike has most of its power in this range, as per my short experience today. i only did 50 kilometres today.
                            now it is really "READY TO RACE"

                            what is your experience on the performance after the bike has been run in?

                              yep ur corect ... but my choice was to get some gloves that have decent protection for "city riding"... and i guess this one is way more than expected .. however, after a few months planning to get a dsg gloves+jackets which i might use for longer rides
