today i test rode the orange cbr150r in MPL HONDA MANDAVELI,CHENNAI
i would call the cbr a bike which gives perfect competition to the r15..
unmatched refinement,smoothest of gear shifts,great engine note,comfortable riding position and a very good pillion seat too..i was thoroughly impressed..
THUMBS UP TO THE OWNERS AND TO THE PROSPECTIVE BUYERS of this 150cc beast..Biking is in my Blood!!Comment

I have seen the two colors, green/black and orange/white, when I visited a Honda showroom few days back. Both were standing side by side and both look really good. However, orange/white is seriously cool and I would personally suggest you go for it. It's bright but I wouldn't call it flashy. @aks123: Due to those unnecessary speculations and assumption this thread had to be locked and cleaned. Now that we are getting feedback from the people who have actually ridden this motorcycle, this shall clear doubts regarding cbr150r's performance

@neoakshay - to answer your queries
1. The bike touches 60kmph at 5k rpm in the 5th gear
the bike is still in run in so never made it to 6th till now
2. Srry dude can't risk it right now. will surely come to know after first service.
so you can drive on 6th gear ,just dont rev it past 5k

Another month! What's the waiting period on other colors? If the waiting period is similar, then may be you can wait for orange/white. First they got white and orange which they got registered as TD bike.
Second black & green, now black and white.
I visited another dealer, Planet Honda on Rajkumar road to check out red colour. Somehow, the colours looked very dully, I think the paint is a non metallic one.
I went back to my dealer and saw the black again, liked the black colour itself. Orange / white is also good but as of now it is not available.
The cbr 150 and 250 bikes both black colour, were parked next to each other, managed to click few snaps from my mobile.
The bikes werent washed though
You can notice that the height of 150 is more than 250 !Comment

Im happy with the recent posts in the forum. I was out of Chennai for a few days and in my native Erode, there are 3 bikes in showroom. But in Chennai, in Kun Honda there was only one till last Friday
