For the past two days while riding in traffic,at 10-20kmph, I felt the front is getting out of grip. Its like the bike is sliding to one side.I dont know whether its the tire or the handle is acting weird! But it never happens at normal speeds. Same here...after 120kmph..speed climbs up just like that..Looks like the Bike has enough juice left to hit 150kmph...Hoping for a video shoot on NH7 where traffic density is comparitively lesserOriginally posted by catchdebanjan View PostI have touched 138 kmph on speedo.. I dont know wat would be the exact speed on GPS .. But sure is fast enough.. I ran out of road or I would have crossed 140 for sure

The way bike feels 100kmph+ is very unlike a 150cc machine..
It feels like a much more powerful machine..Life is an Open Road For me..

okay thanx broOriginally posted by manoj.mishramonu11 View PostMost of the time i rode the bike with pillion (mostly my wife) and even i tried 95-100KMPH with pillion and never felt that issue you have mentioned. i never felt that the rear become so soft and bouncy.
then i guess the pillion was very heavy...he was quite fat actually...

Wow, lots of 150R's seem to be having an issue with the radiator or fan.. :-/ glad u got it fixed. Any idea what the mech did? And were any parts replaced?Originally posted by catchdebanjan View PostI got my heating issue corrected.. Apparently the Fan was not working properly. It is now corrected. The heating is much less
In other news, my R16 is going away to her new owner on Monday or tuesday. Getting my CBR 150R the coming week if my finance scheme gets approved in time!

@ Catchdebanjan, even i had faced issue with my 150's radiator, got it replaced with a new radiator fan assy, i had the issue rectified, and am pretty much satisfied with the bikes performance after that. However what hurts me, is that the bikes switchgear is very dissapointing, more so after having seen the switchgear on a stunner, which is almost similar, but at least has a separate pass light switch. I am dismayed that Honda has provided a better switchgear for the stunner, which is a much cheaper bike, while did not do the same , even with the premium pricing for the CBR.

The switchgear was already under comment here in this thread. I have decided to go for the 250R switchgear after warranty.Sometimes you gotta run before you can walk ! - Tony Stark

The first servicing of my CBR is over, I got a very good response from the guys from Service Center. Engine Oil get changed. They used liter of Honda recommended synthetic engine oil - THROTTLE Fully Synthetic SAE 10W30 Engine oil. They changed the coolant also. Then they lubricate the chain and a teflone coating. It costs me 1100 rs in total. The guys did the servicing in front of me and i was looking into each and every task he was performing.The grea shifting problem is now resolved. Gear shifting is very smooth. Engine sound is very good and performing superbly. Below is the breakdown of the Servicing Invoice
Engine Oil Change 550/-
Teflone coating 385/-
Coolant replaced 150/-
Vat 15/-
======================
Total 1100/- INR
