Now replacing the word '**********' with some whatever, lets take 'motorsport'.
Of course, that's gonna be a false URL.

    http://motorsport.in/honda-cbr150r-2...ew-motorsport/

And this displays clearly.. So, my guess is that our forum is not allowing to use the word '**********' or that website is not allowing to use its hyperlink.

    EDIT:

Only after posting, its clear that probably our forum is banning the use of the word 'bike_advice'. Don't know why.
    MODS please clarify on this!

    But, anyways, google it...
That review is awesome about the Baby Blade!

Just pasting the URL here has always worked for me.

      Another Thumbs-up for the CBR150R: http://**********.in/honda-cbr150r-2...ew-**********/

Links don't seem to be working! Must be an error with the xBhp server. I'm trying to post the review by Bike Advice .in
I will surely go to the Service Center and ask for the oil filter change.
I also wanted to post the same review by ********** but unable to post the link

I haven't yet tried it on highways, and hopeful to get good average there too. Planning for a ride from Bangalore(Karnataka) to Krishnagiri(Tamilnadu) which is around 170-180 KM up and down.
Me too getting the same. Either rev hard or not, not much difference.
          Fourth time tested, getting 43+.

I have found some online links for green colored helmets. Try these links..

              www.solhelmetindia.com
              www.vegahelmet.com

But, check about the quality bro!

BTW, bro.. don't post back to back posts in any thread. This will lead to warning from MODS. Try using multiquote option!

xbhp has banned bike advice site so any link you post from there, it will be *** only. This was done way before i joined the community but from what i know, according to xbhp Bike advice posts bogus news or xbhp has some sort of conflict. None of my matter anyway

                        • Hey mates... saw my baby for the first time... She is gorgeous... Sounded sexy... She is still at the showroom, taking her tomorrow morning for registration directly. They said they'll take and do the regz., "NO".. I said, I'll be there at the showroom sharp at 9!

                          Dealership Experience:

Though, no one would be taking bike from my town, let me add my experience as in terms of a general Honda dealership.

On the day of booking, I went in with my dad and everyone was busy. Probably noticing me staring at the CBR250R, the showroom manager himself volunteered and guided me on the booking procedure. Before booking it did a TD. They let me ride alone , and I rode for a ~2.5km and came back, booked!

First delivery date speculation was in the last week of July and I went to the showroom on 28 july, they said, the load was sure dispatched and asked me come and get a sure date on 1st. So, went in the showroom again on 1st and they said, the bike will be here either on 2nd or 3rd for sure.

Got a call today morning saying the bike has reached the showroom. Went to the showroom today evening with my dad. They looked for the booking details, and took me to her! Was excited to see her for the first time. She was standing between a Red 150R and a Red 250R. I rolled her out, cranked her for the first time! I must say I fell in love with the exhaust note. I liked its bass note. Then checked everything, coolant level, inquired about oil, and then a visual inspection for about 30 mins. The showroom guys were okay with me taking such time. Then, we completed all the formalities and said I'll be here tomo morning sharp at 9!

Again went in to take some snaps to show to my mates!! (ofcourse, you guys!!

                          More snaps and text tomorrow...

                          EDIT:

But, guys, clarify me on this...
                          1. Saw a 1.5 Km on the odo when I switched her on. Is that normal with every bikes??
I showed it to the dealer guy and he called the sales manager, and somehow the topic changed. Only remembered it after leaving. Hoping to ask it tomorrow.
                          2. They charged me Rs.450 for Teflon coating. I was hesitant to accept it.
My dad asked the sales guy "what's that?" and the guy somehow convinced my dad and he said, "Its okay!, Let the new bike enjoy it!"
                          But, is that pricing normal???

So you went to the showroom through a time machine portal or something? Or 28th july of last year?

                            1) Yes it is normal. You are lucky its just 1.5. For some people the bike has to be ridden 10-30kms to the warehouse if delivery trucks cannot enter small lanes.

                            2) 450 is what they charge everywhere for it. Not worth at all. It only lasts about 2-3 months and the only thing it does it protect your paint from minor scratches. Sometimes it causes paint to fade if you expose it to the sun for a long time in the long run.

Man!!!do you really have a time machine to travel to the future, 28th July is not yet come

Never the less glad to hear that finally you got your baby CBR. It looks really good. expecting some more snaps in coming days.

It's ok to have a minimum of 4KM on Odo as it includes -
1- Putting the bike on carrier vehicle
2- Taking the bike out of the carried vehicle and putting it in warehouse.
3- Bringing the bike from ware house to Showroom.

And Teflon coating is almost same every where. It varied from 400 -450. When i got my bike i bargained with the showroom guys and they did it for free but on the day of first servicing they charged 400/- for Teflon coating.

And I am not sure why you are taking your bike to the RTO for registartion?? In my case the show room guys took the impression of the engine number and chesis number on paper and get the registration done. In Bangalore it took me 2 days to get the number and number plate.

Finally i would like to say Enjoy your baby and be aware of stupids on the roads.
