Last weekend, i took my bike gp road, chennai and tried to stick sun control film on the front visor to give a new look for my bike.. since, the visor is fiber material it dint stick properly, me and the sticker guy tried for nearly half an hour and was almost there.. but there were lot of bubbles
.. i dint like, then removed it..
Anybody from here tried this ?.. any possibility to make it.. ?Originally posted by Alwin Raj View PostHello friends,
Hope everyone is doing well. Small update from my side
Did some stickering work on my baby blade .. I would advise all 150R owners to do black transparent lamination sheet on Wind shield (visor). It looks really so good.

Re: Honda CBR 150 R
Dont worry its common in all the bikes and even in scooties..it usually comes in all d four stroke engines after a rideOriginally posted by Alwin Raj View Posti am getting "Tik Tik Tik....." sound from engine for sometime once ignition key is turned off after a ride... is it normal in all 150R or only in my bike.. ?
Note: you can hear the sound only if Place is very silent..

It is common with all vehicles with catalytic converters. The catalytic converters expand due to heat from engine when running and makes the same sound but you do not hear the 'tik tik' sound because of the engine's noise but when you turn it off, the catalytic converter contracts which again makes the same sound but you can hear it this time as engine is not running.
Hi guys,
I got my CBR150R orange one last week. Did 270 kms on the odo and I think I am getting around 35kmpl(did not check it but I guess this is what I am getting). Did only normal commute to office and sound rounds in the city. Went up to 110kmph once. I thought it was 80kmph but only when I checked the speedo, I realised that it was 110, then I slowed down. Otherwise normally I maintain rpm below 6k when accelerating through gears 1 to 5 and in 6th gear, I never check the rpm, just smooth ride at around 80-90kmph. Even when doing 110kmph the bike felt so smooth and stable and I braked so smoothly and the vehicle came to a lower speed without much effort. I read somewhere in this discussion that brakes lack feel, it is true but trust me, it does brake hard but we don't feel the braking force, so smooth is this bike in engine revs and as well as braking. I feel handling is too hard, not at all easy to lift back up once you have leaned into a corner. Maybe I will learn to handle this bike easily the more I ride it. That's all I have to say now. Please post replies and comments about whether my riding style will damage the bike coz I am not keeping revs below 5k rpm. I have not read the manual yet but I am going by what many people have quoted here from the manual "Avoid sudden acceleration and engine braking". Is that ok???

Also, the sound comes from the inlet of exhaust pipe, not from the engine.Originally posted by Ajmal Basheer View PostIt is common with all vehicles with catalytic converters. Nothing wrong in your approach bro. Just keep riding. Read articles on counter steering to get over the heaviness factor in corners.Hi guys,
