Wow!! Nostalgic of my initial ownership days!
Gonna be two years in a couple of days!

Ever been running only on Honda oil.
but, lately facing heating issues, above than normal and gear shifting problems too.
Planning to change to Motul 300V.
    Any suggestions riders?

    And heads up,

The limiter kicks in @11,500 rpm just within a second after the first shift..And, that's where the fun begins !! ;)

well we have three cbr150r in our group one is black in white, the other being green 1 and the last 1 mine both the other except mine ran on honda synthetic oil(10w30). the green cbr was bought along with mine well i rode that however i found using the honda oil makes the bike too smooth to the point that the soft creamy exhaust note gets boring :P however the motul 300v does provide a racy note along with maintaining the same level of smoothness initially one may not feel the difference but as the kms rise one will see notable difference with smoother gear shifts and the throttle response is a bit more(personal opinion )..tried and tested with many drags rode them back to back and felt the difference instantly! and yeah one more thing to add to my last post..1st gear tops at around 52kmph the second at 78 while the third at around 102 with the 4th at around 123 and the fifth gear takes u upto 143. 6th gear as i said is mainly for rendering the bike relaxed at any speed(above 100 at least) without loss of power however!

the black and white one which ran on honda f.s mobil is about 2 years old with the odometer yet at around 7000 lol! the bikes is butter smooth but yes i faced a bit of problem while shifting the first gear and while bringing it down to neutral! :/ strange! well he had an accident that might have caused the problem..just a guess.

      • Need Help : Clutch is not fully disengaging

I need some help here to find out whats the problem with my clutch. Seems like it is not fully disengaging, and when I give throttle, rpm is increasing immediatley but the bike is not moving with respect to the throttle. I doubt that clutch is having some problem. Is it possible to fix this under warranty, if anything wrong in the clutch system.

Next week I am going to shift to nagpur. If any CBR owners here from nagpur, please suggest me a good ASC in nagpur.

The one for the old 2011 versions sold in Thai are available in the internet. Most of the content should be same except for some basic change in design and the fuel system, which we are not gonna fiddle with, atleast not as DIY.

The new one is not up in the web. If someone knows a guy inside a Honda ASC., people can lend it, scan and return.
