    1. Bigger front disc brake

    3. More powerful headlamps
    4. DOHC engine
    5. Vibration free even at 9000rpm

PS: All these points are found from the internet and do not necessarily reflect my opinion. I just found them since you asked.
Personally, each bike is different and good in their own way. There should be no need to defend your bike from another.

If any of you guys are interested - I just completed a trip report covering my most recent 4000km camping/touring adventure on my 2011 CBR150R across Ontario, Canada in late June. You can find it here:

As for shims and valve adjustments are considered, no problems faced in the past one year of ownership.
As 150R's is a DOHC engine the shims takes less beat than a SOHC. Maybe that could be a reason for no problems over them. Maybe.
The limiter kicks in @11,500 rpm just within a second after the first shift..And, that's where the fun begins !! ;)

U should have known that there is no pass light switch when you are about to buy. TVS tyres are not worst. Change the mindset that MRF are the best.

                • Gear shifting problem in cbr 150r

Hello everyone...my name is Tushar and i am new to xbhp. I bought a cbr150r about a month ago and i am experiencing some problems related to gear shifting.. A lot of times when i shift from the first gear the bike goes into the second gear and comes back to neutral on its own and many a times while downshifting the gears do not shift and i have to release the clutch a little and a 'tick' sound comes and the gear is changed.. Around 3-4 days back the bike's gear was stuck and not shifting and i had a lot of problem while picking it up in that gear from a low speed. The first service was done on time and the gear problems have started after the first service... Otherwise the bike is really responsive and good. Odometer reading is 840+ and its giving a fuel efficiency of 38-42. I asked a honda guy about this problem and he said that since the bike is new it will take time to adjust nothing is wrong with it. But these gear problems occur sometimes and are a big problem in heavy traffic. Please suggest what to do if anyone else has also experienced this.!!!

I used to have this same problem on my R15v2 too. The key thing is to be firm on the gear-shift lever while shifting (don't gently move the lever up otherwise a missed shift can happen in higher gears too). With the arch of your foot on the peg push down on it and using it as leverage press the gear-shift level up. Give this a try.

It depends on kind of work carried out.
