Honda isn't listening to you. And this launch was in Indonesia, so has nothing to do with India.

            • Got my baby blade after 1st service. Service charged me Rs.740 which included engine oil, chain lubrication and mild coating on the tank.Engine oil was fully synthetic, I asked the service person why not semi synth. They bluntly refused saying whatever honda recommended, we are following.During the service registration, I mentioned that the bike may need little bit of increase in pick up. They did tune a bit.Post service, gear shift is slightly better so is the pick up.During service delivery I casually checked with the service person what is the max speed I can do? He asked me to maintain below hundred. I was wondering whether the service guys think baby blade in the lines of dazzler/unicorn or they are not aware of the racing instinct of this bike.
Riding 17.6 horses out of which 5 horses work in the city and other 12+ horses wake up after 6k rpm and run after 8k rpm

Holy cow, it has a kick start rod too. LED tail light would have given it some more pleasing looks. Even now, it looks good to me.

                  • Yesterday did a trip of 110kms we took NICE road and oh man the true potential of this baby was known. I was able to do 136kmph @ 9500rpm there was a upward slope and ran out of stretch and on my friend's p220 i was able to do 143kmph with pillion @10300rpm. I wonder how pulsar could go beyond its redline.

                          Bro.,
tats normal. Actually, the chain is resting on the chain slider there. You can lift the chain and see a rudder slider there. But, be sure to place it at the center of the slider.

I cant even the open the cover which houses the chain slider. the bolts are damn too tight! BTW, is it clockwise or anti-clockwise to loosen the bolt?

I haven't checked that.. But, that rubber part of the slider extends till the point where you have taken the photo. So, no worries that the chain is sliding on swingarm.

I opened the cover using a ratchet wrench. My dad had it for years and it was put to use today. BTW,its anticlockwise to loosen. The sprocket was rusted a bit and there was a lot of dirt. Im going to do cleaning the rust tomorrow and lube the chain too.
