Not so much below 5k. we can take 4900-5000 RPM..but above mentioned 5k RPM it does 67 KM/h right but i am very sure my bike do 60-63 in and around 4200 RPM.

I maintain tyre pressure 31/32 for back and 29 for front.

I dont know how much milege its giving/so far never tired to calculate(if people here tell me any other method other than reserve to reserve, probably i will try calculating).. highway milege is definitely above 45kmpl when i drive at 55-60kmph. i mentioned the same in a discussion some times back.

Ps - i understand that yours is a new bike but still I wonder how can there be so much of difference in performance.

Stability on plain road is excellent.feels like i am doing normal speed while crouching(remember speed even at 145kmph speed) but if you just sit upright u can feel a lot lot of air pushing you back even at 90-100kmph speed.if the road is not in proper condition or not stable like ups and downs you feel your bike just flying in the air.tyre pressure is 28 front and 32 rear.

I think it is way too high. you should stick to 25 front and 30-32 rear.
I ideally keep 30-31 in rear and bike seems to be very stable at even bad roads. Regarding mileage i got 38+ (80% city traffic + 20% city riding) which also matters on tyre pressure.

                      4.5k for the Sliders.

                      2k for the mesh.

                      Order @ Motofusion.in

Give my reference i.e. Akhand for a possible discount.

I used to keep the same tyre pressure for my pulsar classic 180.... In ns I get a mileage of 43-45 with 80 Highway and 20 city.... No problem in braking or handling so far

NS has tubeless tyres and doesn't need 40psi. It's too high for tl tyres if you ask me. Moreover, it will cause central wear of tyre which shortens life and handling and mileage issues in the future..

Found that the rear tyre was having low pressure, after filling the air, bike is doing 70kmph @ 5K RPM..
guys any suggestions regarding the tubeless puncture kit? had to pay 120 for puncture (first ever) and felt robbed!!

In bangalore you can pick the tubeless puncture kit for like 100 INR from JC road (decent quality one).. with like 6 wicks.. and a compact plastic air pump (not the steel one.. damn heavy) for like 1000 inr (this is used for cycling actually but will do a decent job on a motorbike).. easy enough to carry..
