Was waiting to post this..

Have been unleashing the power of this beast since yesterday.. Red lined for the first time starting from a red to green signal and I was way ahead of the traffic..

Touched 136kmph at 9k rpm very smoothly.. No pushing hard was required... Felt it cud go more than that but didn't take any further risk...

Mr. Naked Sports, you're truly a beast.. It's an insult to keep u in garage even for one full day...

One question guys, probably stupid, while changing oil, nor.ally you get a 1 L bottel, whereas oue bike drinks 1.4 L, so do you guys keep a stock of the engine oil, ie more than 2L?

Get two cans of 1l. One for the oil change and one for top up of 200ml. The second can should last you a couple of changes.

Your bike's chain & sprocket is perfect , no need for any cleaning / oiling now . Let it be .

You can buy motul 3000 4T plus 15w50 in 4.5 liter canister which works out much cheaper per liter . Ask your oil-shop for Enfield-bullet oil .

Not only 8mm but they are also deeply recessed and 8mm open or ring spanner doesn't fit . So you have to get a thin 8mm 1/4" socket and T or L handle for it . Or one of these ready-made 8mm T handles .

It's not fair to pay a lakh and get junk.

And...

I have been given a KTM Toolkit as a replacement!

I would like all of us to fight for what is fair and reap the reward!

Once I have atleast 10 people who feel the same and would like their chances at a replacement, I will share the exact process that I followed.
Can you please explain the complaint procedure in detail? And how old ur bike is?? Mine is 3 months old...would I be able to get the same replacement??

my mom is saying to give half by cheque and half by cash (and to sell old bikes i have in garage too :\ ). i still want to pay all by cheque.

Dont ask about colors,i dont have much color choices, there is full black and rest are dual toned color which arent appealing to me at all. i already have black pulsar. will take a friend along and get his opinion. why has pulsar stopped other colors?
also i was quoted 96K ex showroom chandigarh, i have to get road tax thing done which is 6% in chandigarh, 96+6 should be 1 lakh 2 thousand on road. seems ok?

And which colour are you planning? I guess you would be getting your bike by Wednesday or Thursday, right ?

One more question, do you have to declare somewhere in your IT return if you make a big purchase? Asking because I didn't mention anything like this anywhere. I am employed in private sector.
There is no need to declare any purchase of asset like motor bike if you are Salaried personnel as long as you have enough salary to buy it. There is no problem if you pay in cash but if you are going to show the bike as part of business then you should have enough cash in books.

Even many auto magazines and youtube channels started saying..design could be better.

NS is faster than RS in intial acceleration only it beats NS in top speed because of fairing

Still its value for money as any other bajaj bikes.

Heil NS
Yes, that's true. RS200 doesn't look that pleasing to most of 'em. Even me, don't like that curves which is given too much details. Also the ABS feature with single channel model costing >1.45lacs which isnt really a wise buy. The bike may grab people attention, but not by means of it's style. However ride quality is not all that bad it seems, through the reviews found in the internet. Bajaj should have priced a bit lesser considering the NS200

Hi Folks, Finally today my wait has ended, just got a call that my black NS has arrived (the one I booked about 10 days back). I will be going to pick it up in another couple of hours.

Can you guys tell me what checks should I make with the new bike at their showroom ? I will be getting MRF tyres as others have and also getting the center stand.

Please pour your view points.

thanks

P.S : so happy
