    Hello everyone

I'm considering to buy a 200 in the near future. I'd like to know about the pros and cons of the NS200?

How does the NS200 compare against the RTR 200?

(Please don't say more power. I won't go 80+ or post 7k rpm)

No the oil level is sufficient in my bike and engine doesn't burn the oil or there's no oil leakages or anything on my bike
I also. Idle my bike everyday for 30sec to 1 min

          Test ride. Period.

That's the same answer more or less you'd get from people when you ask for a comparo. For a through, in depth decision making factor, test drive them thoroughly, twice or thrice to make sure where your money ends up. Comparo can be done online, which basically sifts through both bike's specifications, weight, power et cetera, these are what you end up in a comparo as opposed to the feel factor, riding position, acceleration factor and the overall feel good factor which can only be ascertained when you test ride the vehicle.

So, get out, get your helmets on and get a thorough test ride, which would give you real world comparo as opposed to just paper numbers.

          Cheers!

          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

I saw somewhere in this thread that the NS200 ABS comes with Euroslips. Is that true? If yes, it is like they are giving tyres that lock up and brakes that don't let them lock up. Sounds too ridiculous.

Yes most ABS models come with Eurogrip tyres.I had to wait for a month and a half until I got a mrf tyre clad abs model. abs doesn't solve the woes of eurogrip tyres.ABS won't save you from cornering slides and trail braking skids.Eurogrip is unpredictable in the wet.The stock mrfs are far superior in the wet that I can trail brake with them and not worry about skidding.

any technicians or experts out there please help me!!!!
My pulsar 200ns handle bar tilts to right when riding i.e, when standing I feel the pressure evenly distributed to both hands but when riding the handle moves to right and continues to remain so.
It affects the riding issues also such as turning towards left is a bit worrying as you feel that the bike will skid or fall down.
my handle bar gaps are also not same . My left side handle bar has more gap than right side gap towards the tank.
                the same goes while riding.
please anybody with any kind of knowledge help me about this..
I have went to bajaj nearly 100-150 times. Changed rear shock absorber, got both front forks filled twice. My bike has completed 28.5k odo. My bike has fallen stand still towards right side 4 to 5 times, could it be problem due to that? What could be faulty? Service centre guy said all is fine.
I cannot sleep properly due to this problem as this haunts me daily and i feel an urge that i should change my bike.

My advice find a mechanic you can trust in one of the local mechanic shops , don't give for free services in the SVC . And if your lucky your problem might get solved by your local mechanic.

Ps -Do not trust what the SVC guys say , they are just bunch of unqualified crooks !

Do update your status cause even I am facing the same issues , on June 4th I am leaving my bike for service with my trusted local mechanic I'll let you know what he says
Hey, what did he say? Just seen the reply(but will leave my bike.next week when I travel. FYI, I'm based on Kenya, but will leave it with my most trusted mechanic here)

My local guy did carburetor cleaning and did some engine tuning for now all the pickup issues and power failure issue during acceleration have been solved . The mileage issues is still persistent , he said he'll check during next service ( after another 2000 kms ) . Right now it is running on Bajaj oil , he said during the service he'll change to motul oil and do full engine service so we'll get to know more then will update in another 2 months or so .

Perhaps build quality changed. The latest ones seem to marred with issues.

                                Hello Fellow NS'ians,

i have a 2013 200NS, do you guys know of any seat mods to make the rear seat more comfortable?

i am married and cant do solo rides as my wife INSISTS she has to be with me on all rides (weird !!!) but i am stuck. #lol

so i took her on rides on NS but for some reason the rear seat is not to her liking and so i am in lookout for the mods to do

also i have to change the rear shocker, shall i go for Original one from Bajaj or there is a better aftermarket available?

BIke is really great, despite few niggles but revs like a Dream and Bajaj Quality has improved so much from Ug1 Era!!
