    Hi Guys

For the Tank pad you can use PULSAR 180 UG4.5 Tank pads .Its a direct fit to that tank and protects it extremely well :-)

The suspension of NS is a bit stiff, but not hard. Stand behind the bike, hold the grab handles in each hand, straighten up the bike, and try working it up and down. It should be smooth and work with little effort. If it doesn't, the monoshock is bad. If it works smoothly, the tyres are the culprits. Both Euroslips and Zapper are hard at 32psi. Well, the Euroslip is almost a bullock cart tyre at that pressure. If you ride solo, use 22psi for front and 26psi for rear. I have been doing this for more than a year, trust me.

That's the biggest surprise. But remember many here advised for an asking price of 65K, considering the age of vehicle. Anyway, considering the engine and it's usage it is worth for you. Because most of the 2014-2015 NS models are sold at the cost of 70K-75K range only. As for bad suspension, another option is stay away from bad roads or drop to safest speeds. 10-15 kph speeds on bad roads are manageable. But RE takes such bad roads with stones and potholes as a piece of cake...!!!

Your seat mod is good. Hope you have added some cushion

I did know the corners of such motorbikes and bought it. Only trouble is I had to be dead slow to take potholes or road undulations... otherwise my back will get hurt.. I think @krixna suggested you long back. Try reducing tyre pressure, add a gel pack for seat which might help damping some surges...reduce speeds below 15 kph on very bad roads...

Resale value is very poor and you can't get this capable bike at that cost again... and with more models coming in, it will have a high level of depreciation in following years... What is your next choice if you are selling it?. I'd advice RE for good seat and soft suspension, but then you know about RE... TNT25 has very good ride quality...
Agree. Havent got through gel pads but have made the seats much softer by putting extra cushion. Reducing tyre pressure resulted in bike getting heavier to manover in traffic. I ride pretty slow on potholes. May be I am one of those weak kinds in terms of my back. But really looking for some solution to this. Yes RE was in my mind too. But whenever I ride this beast I feel RE would disappoint me in terms of pick up. Hence in two minds. Although I am ready to sell if I get a good value. The bike is in absolute Showroom condition. Next to new. My expectations are higher. I'd sell this around 78 (including NOC from my regions' RTO). Anything less is a complete No No. I'd rather retain this for weekend rides and upcoming Bajaj Racing Championship. I know this amount may seem too much to many here. But it is what it is. Take it or leave it types.

22 psi at rear makes bike heavy to maneuver in traffic and feels sluggish..

22 at the rear is serious under inflation! Don't let it fall below 25-26 any day.

He said 22psi for front. I had ridden unnoticed up to 16 psi (you may call me anything)... the day when my bike front wheel got a wobbling effect I immediately suspected for a puncture or loss of air.... Then checked for air pressure and it was 16 psi . I use regularly 25F/28R for Solo (As mentioned in Manual). 32psi makes me feel even harder and gives a lack of grip.

I try not to do but then bad roads i face daily during commuting takes toll on tyre..
Rev-s was fine where i hail from
But now in banglore its almost useless on sand and roads aren't that good either especially in Marathalli where metro or flyover construction is coming up..
Every 3rd day i have to fill up air.. And this is second set of mrf.. earlier one changed because of many tiny punctures
I am guessing same is going to happen again

is it waterproof? or can it be made waterproof?
what is the way of installing it without cutting/peeling original wires?
