but 1 inch increment in saddle height wont effect the knee angle much. so theoretically it wont relief knees and cramps. to get exact seat height to match your need, try to tie bunch of newspapers to seat and have a bit long ride. this will give exact idea of foam stuffing and eventually save your trips to seat maker.
    VISOR:
i am 5'8, i personally felt windscreen is not much functional in AS , but yeah, it deflects almost 70% of wind from your chest. you are bit more hieghted, so try something different, or else have AS test ridden.

i am planning to install Philips rally 100/90, i keep low beam on whenever i ride, no matter day or night.

can you please let me know,

since when you are using this set up? (in km and time wise)
longest duration you kept light on continuously?
did you installed relay and separate wiring?
any problem you faced related to battery, coil, reflector, wiring?
has reflector became yellowish over period of time?

I have been using it for more than 6 months... Changed to 90/100 at 6000 kms to 14000 kms.
              Didn't use relay or wiring.
No yellow tint on reflector too...

Longest duration for 1.5 hours both on low and high beam.
Didn't face any problems while using it.

How is it done bro? Unscrew the bolt on the ratchet while holding the piston pin in position or something else?

Yes it is adjustable. You just loosen the nut of the lever and rotate it to suit your height bro. Although you may wanna take a test ride to make sure the breaking isn't affected.

About the 100/90 I personally would not recommend it purely due to the heat it generates and the load it would put on the battery unless you change the wiring etc. Rather along with your stock lighting go in for aux lighting of about 40W LEDs connected by a custom harness. I run 40W LEDs on mine and the combined load impact is only 0.4 volts whereas the 60/55 halogen has a load impact of over a volt. 14.4 V when lights are off to 13.2 - 4 when lights are on.

Honest advice, hard way learnt, if you go by everything the service ppl tell you you'd end up with a rattling can on your hands. They're the epitome of shittiness and laziness bro.

Here are they. I believe the seat will take some time to get shaped.

Pretty neat work bro ! How many inches have you added to the seat ?

Suggestion - get the same seat cover onto the rear seat as well. Would just lend a more even look. Just my two cents.
