Which is the best white light (without HID/reflectors).
That can be installed directly into current reflector (bulb change only).

Mine also gets slower gradually. This problem is present in bike since I bought it. No other issues arise because of this. Just reset if the difference gets high.

Sorry, I am not getting your point. By replacing the fuse how it is going to help? Taking the fuse out and replacing is similar to disconnecting the battery - you mean I can remove the fuse and set it back instead of disconnecting the battery and connecting it again?

Regarding the suspicion on the battery - I am also not inclined with suspecting the battery. A battery with low voltage (within the operational range) cannot and should not affect the clock. As some one said, I stopped caring about this, but still then and there wishes to have it fixed like reading someone commenting about it.

          Thanks anyway.

As far as my understanding goes, your meter console has different circuits powered by the (same) battery.
My bike has separate fuses to act as circuit breakers for battery, speedo and the likes.
This is to safeguard the circuitry in case something untoward happens.
So if the clock acts strange on my bike, I would start with the clock fuse first and then dwelve deeper.

Exactly, even in mine it is there from the time I brought it. Seems that resetting the difference is the only "Economical" option.

Sorry if my question is wrong, not technically that strong. But if the fuse is at fault, shouldn't the clock altogether stop working? Could a blown fuse cause slower clock?

There's no faulty fuse. It either works or blows.
                  Ok just joking.
With a blown fuse all your accessories stop working, but not the clock. It is connected directly to the battery (bypassing the ignition switch, of course). If the circuit is not designed like that, you have to set your clock every time you blow a fuse.

Absolutely right. Fuse works or 0 or 1 principle. So, if it is dead clock stops. What I was referring to was a bad rated fuse.
For example if I put a 30A rated fuse instead of the prescribed 10A fuse, there are chances that it would increase the frequency to say 62 Hz (instead of 59.9 that is standard). A smaller fuse may reduce it a bit. This makes the clock run slower or faster.

I say this because I have read similar things happening in cars as well.
Once this is ruled out, we check the electricals running to the clock with a continuity test. There has to be a problem if just the clock is malfunctioning while other components are working fine, don't you think?

Divya doesn't look like its an issue with the fuse or battery there are many ppl facing the same issue.. its a deformation by birth ..
Except for the clock getting slow over a period there is not other electrical related issue..

I was under the impression that 200NS has a separate fuse for the clock (like in all Honda/Hero bikes that have a digital console). But I have been informed 200NS (most BAL products) have only one fuse for the whole circuit.
In that case, my suggestion stands void anyway.

Hi Guys, for the benefit of all the NSians in Delhi NCR I would like to bring about my first and definitely my last experience with Bagga Link Karol Bagh service station.

I went there to get my bike ready for the upcoming ordeal in the high mountains. As per the appointment I was there at 0900 hrs and I was given # 3 in queue which is cool by me. By about 0930 my bike was taken for pre servicing washing. The catch here is they took 1.5 hours to wash my bike. like really ??? and they were not ready to tell me where the washing centre was. I got to know from other customers that the people over at the washing centre are super lazy which is why it takes such a long time. WTF !

I will just summarize everything now else this could turn into a real long post -

These guys lost the keys to my bike with no one having a clue as to where the keys went. The mechanic servicing my bike was servicing it as he was doing a favor to me in the sense that he was cribbing the entire time about how many nuts and bolts the NS and later bikes have, cursing and abusing customers who were concerned about their bikes etc etc. Most of the time was spent chatting, joking with counterparts instead of the doing the friggin job he was being paid to do. I kept my patience for a while however it wasnt to last long.

Finally my bike was done and these guys were still not able to locate the key, they sent the bike to the key maker for a duplicate key. Upon arrival and refixing the lock it was found that they lock was not properly fixed and you all would be SHOCKED to know how they adjusted the lock. They picked up the front end of the bike and banged it back down to adjust the lock following which I really lost it. Before he could do it again I gave the manager and the guys a good piece of my mind along with a lot of adjectives in true Delhi style (could not help it)

Finally, work done (well not all though) my bikes pollution check showed that my bike's CO was at 2.95. When I asked them to tune the bike I get a response that 2.95 is fine since the Pollution department had prescribed a level of 3.0 for two wheelers. I asked the Manager one simple question - Does he even know what tuning a bike is all about or all they care about is taking money. The mechanic at that point of time was only concerned about leaving for the day and just packed up and left without even bothering to check if the work he had been assigned to do was complete. He left the handle loose, post lock fitment, to the extent that even a small undulation on the road would cause the entire front end to get knocked up. I finally had to take it to a local guy on the way to get it tightened.

Frustrated and pissed, I just picked my bike, paid the bill and brought it back home and have SWORN never ever to set foot in that service centre again.

Guys please be wary of taking your beloved machines to Bagga Link as you would surely be in a lot of pain after seeing the way your machines are treated. I noticed one thing - only things which they can charge spares for are given preference else they will just ignore.

Yes, I do think there must be some problem if the clock alone is malfunctioning. I just somehow cannot ignore it, although others are ok with it.

Bro, You just summarized almost 90% of all the bajaj service centers. I just chose to let my warranty void rather than taking it back to them for periodic services. I just do by self or from a responsible local mechanic.

Man! Bajaj should plant a Bomb in these kind of SVCs. These people at Bajaj have no idea what their customers have to go through at their so called service centres.
These people at service centre are kind of cheap bunch of chaps who only keep on complaining that they have to put a lot of effort just to reach at any part of the bike(especially the NS/AS/RS). There is quite a bit of mayhem at these Bajaj SVCs.
